河南省公路工程局集团有限公司是主要从事公路交通基础设施投融资建设及施工的混合所有制企业，绿地城市投资集团有限公司持股 5 1 % 、河南交通投资集团有限公司持股 30 % 、公路工程局管理层及员工持股 1 9 % ，注册资金 10 亿元人民币。

河南省公路工程局集团有限公司始建于 1951 年，1983 年经省编委批准成立“河南省交通公路工程处”；1987 年更名为“河南省交通公路工程局”，为自收自支事业单位，直属河南省交通厅；2004 年底完成事业向企业的体制转换，改制为“河南省路桥工程集团有限公司”；2006 年更名为“河南省公路工程局集团有限公司”，2010 年划属于河南交通投资集团有限公司，2019 年 1 月完成混合所有制改革，2019 年 8 月完成混合所有制改革的三元股权架构。集团公司机关设置有综合管理中心、人力资源管理中心、工程管理中心、市场发展中心、运营管理中心、资管财务中心、安全生产管理中心、设备材料管理中心、企业技术中心、纪检监察室共计 10 个中心（室），下辖 12 个二级单位、7 个区域事业部。现有在职职工近2000 人，专业技术人员1743 人，其中正高级职称36 人，副高级职称319 人。拥有各类先进施工机械设备 9000 多台（套），设备净资产 3.3 亿多元，其中为海外工程项目添置施工设备1000 多台（套），设备资产净值 2.3 亿多元。

Henan Province Highway Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd is an enterprise with mixed ownership that mainly engages in the investment and financing and construction of road infrastructure. Greenland holds 5 1 % of the company's shares, Henan Transport Investment Group Co., Ltd holds 30 % of the company's shares, the management and employees of Henan Province Highway Engineering Bureau Group Co., holds 1 9 % of the company's shares. with a registered capital of 1 billion Yuan.

Henan Province Highway Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd was established in 1951. In 1983, the establishment of "Henan Province Highway Engineering Division" was approved by the Henan Province Commission Office for Public Sector Reform. In 1987, it changed its name to "Henan Province Highway Engineering Bureau" which was a self-supporting public institution and directly affiliated to Henan Provincial Department of transportation. The conversion from a public institution to an enterprise was over at the end of 2004. After restructuring, it changed its name to "Henan Province Highway Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd" in 2006. In 2010, it was put under Henan Transport Investment Group Co., Ltd. In January 2019, its mixed-ownership reform was completed. In August 2019, its ternary shareholding structure in its mixed-ownership reform was established. It is composed by the general management center, the human resources management center, the engineering management center, the market development center, the operation management center, the investment-management financial center, the safe-production management center, the equipment and materials management center, the technical center and the disciplinary inspection room. It comprises 12 secondary units and 7 regional business units. It has nearly 2,000 employees, including 1,743 technical professionals. Among the technical staff, 36 hold senior professional titles and 319 hold associate senior professional titles. It has more than 9000 pieces of various advanced construction machinery whose net assets value is more than 330 million Yuan(46 million). Among them are more than 1000 pieces of construction machinery bought for overseas construction projects whose net assets value is more than 230 million Yuan(32 million).

It has built more than 2,900 medium and large-sized bridges in Henan Province and another twelve provinces, and roads at all levels with a mileage of over 23,000 kilometers. At the same time, it has successfully completed many international contractual projects and possessed the capacity to offer the whole-industry-chain products in terms of transport infrastructure construction.

Since its establishment, Engineering Bureau Group has actively served society, overcome obstacles with strong determination, striven to be first class. The bridge bored pile technology developed in the 1960s won the Major Scientific and Technological Achievement Award at the National Science Conference. After that, there are more than 114 achievements in scientific research winning national and provincial awards among which there are 3 achievements reaching the international advanced level and 13 achievements reaching the national advanced level. It has gotten 580 patents among which there are 36 patents of invention, 3 national construction methods, and 109 provincial construction methods, and participated in drafting 2 national standards, 1 national standard for the transportation sector, 16 regional standards, and 4 association standards, this has yielded significant social benefits, substantially enhanced the company's core competitiveness, and initiated an 'accelerated pace' for advancing its grand future development strategy.

Under the guidance of party building, Engineering Bureau Group has stood firm in the forefront of the times, reached the consensus, reinforced our confidence, undergone transformation in a changeable situation, focused on value creation, kept broadening its business, and taken a road of diversified development.

集团公司先后在河南和省外 12 个省份等兴建大、中型桥梁 2900 多座，修建各级公路里程达 23000 多公里。历年承建国内高速公路新建项目3567 公里（省内3217 公里，省外350 公里），高速公路改扩建项目696 公里（省内595 公里，省外101 公里），合计3787 公里。近年来先后以BT、BOT 模式承建完成17 个项目高速公路的建设。2016 年以来，以PPP、EPC 模式参与承建17 个项目投资与建设。年施工能力超过300 亿元。

It has built more than 2,900 medium and large-sized bridges in Henan Province and another twelve provinces, and roads at all levels with a mileage of over 23,000 kilometers. Its highway mileage in the highway construction project undertaken over the past years is recorded as 3567km (3217km in Henan Province and 350km in other provinces), and its highway mileage in the highway alteration-reconstruction-extension projects is recorded as 696km (595km in Henan Province and 101km in other provinces.) Its total highway mileage is recorded as 3787km. In recent years, it has undertaken the construction of 17 highways with the BT and BOT modes. Since 2016, it has participated in the investment in and the construction of 17 projects with the PPP and EPC modes. It has an annual construction capacity of over 30 billion Yuan($4.12 billion).

项目全长约 96.513 公里，总投资 131.2 亿元。起点位于信阳市平桥区王岗乡东南，终点位于罗山县铁铺乡西，设计速度 100-120 公里 / 小时。

ALONG THE DABIE MOUNTAIN EXPRESSWAY MINGGANG-JIGONGSHAN SECTION

The project has a total length of approximately 9 6 . 5 1 3 ~ { \mathsf { k m } } , with an estimated total investment of about \yen 13.12 billion. The project starts southeast of Wanggang Township, Pingqiao District, Xinyang City, and ends west of Tiepu Township, Luoshan County. Its design speed is between 1 0 0 - 1 2 0 ~ { k m / h } .

许信高速公路

项目全长171.838 公里，总投资169.3 亿元。路线经过许昌、漯河、驻马店、信阳四个地市，设计速度120 公里/ 小时。

XUCHANG-XINYANG EXPRESSWAY

The project has a total length of 171.838 km, with a total investment of \yen 4 16.93 billion. The expressway connects Xuchang, Luohe, Zhumadian and Xinyang. Its design speed is 1 2 0 k m / { \mathsf { h } } .

阳新高速（濮阳至阳新高速）黄河特大桥

项目全长约 8.12 公里，总投资 28.32 亿元。主桥采用主跨 120 米的预应力混凝土连续梁桥，双向六车道，设计速度 120 公里 / 小时。

YELLOW RIVER BRIDGE, PUYANG-YANGXIN EXPRESSWAY The project has a total length of 8 . 1 2 \ \mathsf { k m } , w i t h a t o t a l investment of \yen 232 billion. The main part of the bridge is a 120-meter prestressed concrete continuous beam structure. The project is a six-lane, two-way highway designed for 120 k m / h .

大别山高速鸡公山至商城段

项目全长 123.32 公里，起于罗山县灵山镇西南，终点位于商城县伏山乡东南，设计速度 100 公里 / 小时。集团公司承建其中1 标段的施工任务，总投资39.8 亿元。

JIGONGSHAN-SHANGCHENG SECTION, DABIE MOUNTAIN EXPRESSWAY

The project has a total length of 1 2 3 . 3 2 k m , starting southwest of Lingshan Town (Luoshan County) and ending southeast of Fushan Township (Shangcheng County). Its design speed is 1 0 0 k m / h . Our company is handling the construction of Section 1 of this project, a roughly \yen 3.98 billion investment.

阳新高速（濮阳至阳新高速）固始至商城段一期

项目全长 37.35 公里，起于固始县方集镇北，向南达到商城县廖家塆村东南，设计速度 100 公里 / 小时。集团公司承建其中1 标段的施工任务，总投资37 亿元。

PHASE ONE OF THE GUSHI-SHANGCHENG SECTION, PUYANG-YANGXIN EXPRESSWAY

The project has a total length of 3 7 . 3 5 ~ \mathsf { k m } , starting north of Fangji Town (Gushi County) and going south to southeast of Liaojiawan Village (Shangcheng County). Its design speed is 100 km/h. Our company is handling the construction of Section 1 of this project, a roughly \yen 3.7 billion investment.

This is China's longest-span twin-pylon, single-cable-plane, prestressed concrete, low-pylon cable-stayed bridge, with a span arrangement of 1 4 3 + 2 6 5 + 1 4 3 ) meters. Its structural system features rigid connections between the pylons (or towers) and the main girders, with the girders separated from the piers and supported by bearings on the pier tops. The main girders are prestressed concrete continuous 6 0 x girders designed as a single 1 0 0 x with three cells, featuring large cantilever overhangs and a variable cross-section.

武云高速南水北调斜拉桥

大桥为单塔单索面斜拉桥，跨径布置为（ 1 7 5 + 9 3 + 4 9 ）米，全长 327.48 米，采用不对称独塔单索面、墩塔梁固结，上部结构采用预应力混凝土箱梁，是国内第一座跨越通水后南水北调主干渠的斜拉桥。

CABLE STAYED BRIDGE OF SOUTH TO NORTH WATER TRANSFER PROJECT OF WUZHI-YUNTAI MOUNTAINEXPRESSWAY

The bridge is a single-pylon, single-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge with a span arrangement of 1 7 5 + 9 3 + 4 9 ) meters and a total length of 327.48 meters. Its design incorporates an asymmetrical single-pylon, single-cable-plane system with a monolithic connection between the pier, pylon, and girder. For its superstructure, a prestressed concrete box girder is used. Significantly, this is China's first cable-stayed bridge to cross the main channel of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project after it commenced water conveyance.

The substructure consists of columnar piers and pile-supported abutments, with both piers and abutments founded on piles.

The substructure features columnar piers and rectangular solid piers, with foundations composed of pile caps and associated tie beams.

Following a renovation, approximately 5,254 sqm of building area was added, bringing the total building area to 18,614 sqm. The contract value for the renovation was \yen 40.1089 million.

The surrounding rock classification of the cave mouth is V, while the surrounding rock classification of the middle is IV.

The superstructure is constructed using a combination of prefabricated prestressed concrete composite box girders and cast-in-place prestressed concrete continuous box girders. 项目上跨京港澳高速，为对角象限双环式枢纽互通。共设置桥梁 15 座，涵通 12 道。在钢箱梁施工安装过程中，采用场内加工节段、现场拼装焊接，大吨位（650 吨）履带式起重机整孔吊装的施工工艺。一次起吊单孔 30 米、重量230 吨钢箱梁，为全省同类桥梁之最。

YANGZHUANG SYSTEM INTERCHANGE OF THE ZHOUKOU-NANYANG EXPRESSWAY

As a cloverleaf interchange, the project over-passes the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway. It features 15 bridges and 12 culverts and passages. The construction technology of in-situ manufacturing, assembling and welding parts and integral hoisting by the 650 tons crawler crane is used in the process of steel box girder construction and installation. The steel box girder hoisted at a time is 30 meters in span and 230 tons in weight, the largest steel box girder among the bridges of the same kind in this province.

息县至邢集高速公路双河枢纽互通立交

项目共设置匝道桥 6 座，主线上跨被交道桥 1 座，被交道拼宽桥1 座，涵洞7 道，通道9 道。

SHUANGHE SYSTEM INTERCHANGE OF THE XIXIANXINGJI EXPRESSWAY

The project encompasses a total of 6 ramp bridges, 1 bridge carrying the mainline over an intersecting roadway, 1 bridge dedicated to widening an intersecting roadway, along with 7 culverts and 9 passages.

连霍高速乌奎段改扩建项目第八合同段长江路互通

项目被交道路为国道 G312。长江路互通立交主要服务于奎屯部队农场、奎屯东站及互通西侧南北走向的长江路沿线的乡镇，实现与 G30 高速的交通量转换。

CHANGJIANG ROAD INTERCHANGE OF THE EIGHTH CONTRACT SECTION OF THE RECONSTRUCTION ANDEXTENSION PROJECT OF THE URUMCHI-KUITUN SECTION OF THE LIANYUNGANG- KHORGAS EXPRESSWAY

The intersected road for the project is National Highway G312. The Changjiang Road Interchange primarily serves the Kuitun Military Farm, Kuitun East Station, and the towns and villages along the north-south Changjiang Road corridor to its west, facilitating traffic exchange with the G30 Expressway.

郑州市紫荆山互通立交桥

项目为大型 3 层互通式城市立交工程。立交顶层为金水路直通高架桥，二层为五路交叉机动车环形转弯车道，环道内径90 米。是河南省最早的城市互通立交桥，荣获施工进度奖和工程质量奖。

ZHENGZHOU ZIJINGSHAN INTERCHANGE

It is a 3-layer large urban interchange project. The top is the direct viaduct for Jinshui Road, the second layer a circular turning lane of motor vehicle, and the inner diameter of the ring road is 90 meters. It is the earliest urban interchange bridge in Henan Province.

武云高速大文案互通

项目为武云高速与长济高速的枢纽互通立交，主线长度1950 米，设有匝道8 条，上跨桥梁6 座。

DAWEN'AN INTERCHANGE ON WUZHI-YUNTAI MOUNTAIN EXPRESSWAY

The project is a system interchange connecting the Wuyun Expressway and the ChangIi Expressway. It has a mainline length of 1950 meters and includes 8 ramps and 6 overpass bridges.

项目共设 20 个车道，机场方向 7 个车道，郑州方向13 个车道。

项目共设 20 个车道，8 进 12 出，是郑州绕城高速最大的一个收费站。

The project has 20 lanes in total (8 for vehicle-in and 12 for vehicle-out). It is the biggest toll station of Zhengzhou Beltway.

NANWAN SERVICE AREA

The service area is located in the Wenxin Tea Garden area, covering a total land area of 260.58 mu and featuring a total building area of 17,850.79 sqm. With "health and wellness vacation" and "tea culture and tranquility" as its themes, it uses a "one garden, two cores, three belts" layout to create a comprehensive destination for health and wellness, leisure, and business training.

周口至南阳高速公路嵖岈山服务区

服务区占地面积 6 5 3 6 6 \mathsf { m } ^ { 2 } ，总建筑面积 6 3 4 3 . 6 2 m ^ { 2 } 。设有综合楼、职工宿舍楼、加油站、维修车间、配电房、水泵房、污水处理房等附属设施。站区设置电加热热水系统和一体化污水处理系统。

HAYA MOUNTAIN SERVICE AREA OF THE ZHOUKOU-NANYANG EXPRESSWA

The service area occupies a land area of 65,366 sqm, with a total building area of 6,343.62 sqm. It is equipped with the multipleuse building, the staff quarter, the petrol station, the maintenance shop, the power distribution room, the water pump house and the sewage treatment house. It also has the electrical-heating hot-water system and the integrated sewage treatment system.

The service area occupies a land area of 73,843 sqm, with a total building area of 6,672.52 sqm for facilities on both sides. It is equipped with the multiple-use building, the petrol station, the maintenance shop, the power distribution room, the water pump house and the sewage treatment house. It also has the electrical-heating hot-water system and the integrated sewage treatment system.

服务区位于南阳市方城县小史店镇，分东区和西区，总征地面积 6 9 3 6 8 ~ \mathsf { m } ^ { 2 } ，总建筑面积 6 0 4 1 . 9 2 m ^ { 2 } ，建筑结构主要为框架结构，西区建筑容积率为 0 . 0 7 ，东区建筑容积率为0.12，绿化率 1 4 . 7 % 。

XIAOSHIDIAN SERVICE AREA OF THE ZHOUKOU-NANYANG EXPRESSWAY

Located in Xiaoshidian Town of Fangcheng County of Nanyang City and divided into the east area and the west area, the service area has a total area of 69,368 sqm and an overall floorage of 6,041.9 sqm, and is a framed structure building. The plot ratio of its west area is 0.07, while the plot ratio and the greening rate of its east area are 0.12 and 1 4 . 7 % respectively.

The service area has a total area of 123,093.3 sqm, an overall floorage of 29,101.28 sqm. The multiple-use building, the multiple-use building of logistics and the logistics warehouse (13) have floorages of 5,378.58 sqm, 2,855.69 sqm and 20,107.94 sqm respectively.

The service area is located at \mathsf { K 6 2 } on the WuzhiYuntaishan Expressway. It covers a total land area of 66,120 sqm and has a total building area of 10,531 sqm. The site's building density is 7 . 3 9 % , and its green space ratio is 1 9 . 8 6 % . It is an open-type service area bring catering, lodging, refueling, shopping and vehicle maintenance and repair together.

鹤壁服务区

服务区位于京港澳高速 \mathsf { K } 5 6 6 公里处，占地面积2 0 0 0 0 0 { { m } } ^ { 2 } ，建筑面积 1 5 0 0 0 { { ~ m } } ^ { 2 } ，服务区下设公共服务部、财务部、经营部、加油站、汽车修理厂等5个部门。

HEBI SERVICE AREA

The service area is located at K566 on the Beijing-Hongkong-Macau Expressway. It occupies a total land area of 200,000 sqm and has a total building area of 15,000 sqm. It includes five main sections: the Public Services Department, Finance Department, Operations Department, a gas station, and an auto repair shop.

中牟服务区

服务区位于中牟互通立交西约 5 公里处，占地 172986㎡，其中综合楼 \scriptstyle 1 0 8 4 0 m ^ { 2 } ，其他房屋建筑 3 8 7 9 { \mathsf { m } } ^ { 2 } ，道路、停车场 7 5 9 6 0 m ^ { 2 } ，绿化 5 7 8 6 9 . 8 4 m ^ { 2 } ，是集餐饮、住宿、加油、购物、汽车修理为一体的高速公路驿站。

ZHONGMU SERVICE AREA

Located about 5 kilometers west of Zhongmu interchange, the service area has a floor area of 172,986 sqm. The multipleuse building has a building area of 10,840 sqm, other housing construction area is 3,879 sqm, while the area of roads and parking lots is 75,960 sqm; the afforestation area is 57,869.84 sqm. It is a highway staging post where services like catering, accommodation, oil feeding, shopping and auto repair are available.
