DESCRIPTION

Servo motor bracket, also known as motor mount or

motor bracket, is the component that secures servo

motor and bearings/ or bearing support unit in specific

relative positions.

Given the complex shape and the high precision

required for the alignment of various mounting features

of servo motor brackets, HZMotion has introduced

various models of integrally machined servo motor

brackets. This design not only ensures the strength and

geometric tolerance of the motor brackets but also will

significantly reduce production costs, which will be

passed onto our customers.

Servo motor brackets can be classified into two main

categories based on its structural design: one type has

built-in ball screw support bearing, the other type does

not include built-in bearing and required use in

combination with ball screw support units. Figure below

compares the two types of servo motor brackets.
