健康人居的三大核心密码，成功研发出了目前全球领先的绿色智慧健康建筑，并

创新推出了数十款移动太空舱产品。

一是突破了建筑环境科学技术。该建筑先将房子做到绝对密闭，对室内外空

气进行分离，并通过高科技智能环境一体机系统，将室外的 PM2.5，二氧化碳、

氮氧化物、化学污染物等空气中的有毒气体进行科学地过滤、分解、消杀，并在

确保科学通风换气的同时，将室内的空气科学地管控起来。且无需安装空调、暖

气和天然气，仅需少量用电让室内四季保持“恒温、恒湿、恒氧、恒静、恒洁，

高效除醛、负氧离子释放”的五恒两康、天然森林氧吧环境。

二是突破了建筑材料科学技术。该建筑创新地研发出了高强度、高防腐的特

殊型材及航空级墙体内外保温材料，如同大飞机、潜艇、空间站所采用的各种部

件材料一样，要达到绝对的使用寿命和安全保障，确保了建筑运行寿命及必要的

保障。

三是启动了建筑功能医学技术。该建筑因具备了高度的密闭性，不但实现了

制氧、释放负氧离子、吸氢等有益健康的功能，还可对海南三亚、广西巴马以及

瑞士达沃斯等世界各地的优质空气进行分析，并根据不同人群的身体状况需求，

将有益元素通过环境控制系统制造合成后释放到室内，打造出保障健康的居住环

境。

01 | Breakthrough in Building Environmental Science

The building is designed with an ultra-high-performance airtight envelope that effectively separates

indoor and outdoor air. Through an intelligent environmental control system, outdoor pollutants such

as PM2.5, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other chemical contaminants are scientifically filtered,

decomposed and neutralized. At the same time, controlled ventilation ensures a continuous supply of

fresh air while maintaining precise indoor environmental conditions. With no need for conventional air

conditioning, heating or natural gas, only minimal electricity is required to maintain a year-round “Five

Constants & Two Wellness” environment—constant temperature, humidity, oxygen, quietness and

cleanliness, combined with efficient formaldehyde removal and negative ion generation—creating a

natural forest-oxygen-bar environment indoors.

02 | Breakthrough in Building Materials Science

The building incorporates specially engineered high-strength, highly corrosion-resistant profiles,

together with aerospace-grade thermal insulation materials for both exterior walls and interiors.

Inspired by the stringent material requirements of aircraft, submarines and space stations, these

advanced materials are designed to deliver exceptional durability, safety and long-term performance,

supporting the building’s service life and operational reliability.

03 | Pioneering Functional Medicine in Building Technology

With its highly airtight environment, the building integrates health-oriented functions such as

oxygen generation, negative ion release and hydrogen inhalation. It can also analyze the beneficial

air characteristics of renowned healthy-living destinations such as Sanya, Bama and Davos, then

scientifically formulate and reproduce beneficial environmental elements through an intelligent

environmental control system according to the needs of different users. This creates a personalized

indoor environment designed to support health, well-being and long-term vitality.

叠墅是由六组标准化模块组合而成的双层装配式康养别墅。从结构到内装，

全部在智慧工厂内一体化预制完成，现场仅需吊装拼接，即可实现精装交付、

拎包入住。

不仅应用了安全防护系统和五恒两康系统，还提供多种选配功能 , 适老康

养功能：弥散供氧系统、航天级康养吸氢系统、健康监测系统、中医诊疗系统等；

水电自维持功能：光伏发电系统、氢能储能系统、外置储水系统、航天级循环

净水、航天无土栽培等；以及智能遮阳系统、空间魔变系统、智慧控制系统等。

The TERRA is a two-story prefabricated health-care villa assembled from six sets of standardized

modules. Its structure and interior finishes are fully prefabricated as an integrated unit in a smart

factory. On-site installation only requires hoisting and assembly to deliver a fully furnished home

ready for immediate occupancy.

In addition to a safety protection system and the “Five Constants & Two Wellness”

system, the building also offers a range of optional features, including:Elderly Care & Wellness

运输说明

TRANSPORT INSTRUCTIONS

太空舱可选择陆运、海运两种运输方式。陆运使用大型板车直接运送至项目现场；海运完成装载、海关查验后发往海外，适配

国际项目。运输费用根据具体方式及运输距离综合核算，基础线路起步价 1 万元起。

Space Capsules can be transported by road or sea.

Road Transportation: Delivered directly to the project site by heavy-duty flatbed truck.

Sea Transportation: Loaded and shipped overseas after customs inspection, suitable for international projects.

Transportation Cost: Calculated based on the selected transportation method and distance. Starting from RMB 10,000 for basic routes.
