BD-600L铝箔盒片膜封口机采用间隙运转方式，电器采用日本三菱可编程逻辑控制器，具有人工放盒、自动灌装、吸片膜、两道热封、推出盒等功能。本机采用智能数字显示温度控制系统控制封口温度，温度误差小于±2%，封口强度高，密封性好。整机采用日本三菱可编程逻辑控制系统，机身采用外包不锈钢设计，符合相关的食品卫生标准。设备的执行零部件采用气动控制系统，简化了机械结构，故障率明显降低，机器的运转更加平稳、安全。灌装无喷溅及泄漏，封口质量极佳，大大提高了设备的生产效率和使用寿命。

StructureThe

whole machine is composed of frame, filling system, suction film, heat sealing and other parts. Manually put the box on the aluminum plate. After the aluminum plate advances to a working position, it will work during filling, film suction and thermal contract, and finally the finished product will be output.

Heating system: composed of intelligent temperature controller, heating element, solid state relay, thermocouple, heat sealing temperature can be adjusted (30-250°C)

Aluminum plate drive system: It is composed of motor, reducer, divider, etc. This machine adopts three-phase 380V, 50HZ AC power supply, air compressor 2m3/h.

结构

整机由机架、灌装系统、吸片膜、热封口等部件组成。人工放盒子到铝板，铝板前进一个工作位置后、灌装、吸片膜、热合同时工作，最后成品输出。

加热系统：由智能温度控制仪、发热元件、固态继电器、热电偶组成，热封温度可以调整(30-250℃)

铝板驱动系统：由电机、减速机、分割器等组成。本机采用三相380V、50HZ交流电源，空气压缩机2m3/h。

原理及使用

将”电源”开关置”“开”，控制面板上的电源指示灯亮。接通外置空气压缩机的气源，将空气过滤器的压力调至0.70Mpa，(出厂时已预设)，此时设备的执行机构应全部处于原始工作位置。(即驱动气缸应该全部处于里面位置)。将片膜置于膜架上并把碗放进落杯器里面。
