VB100 低温蝶阀是用于乙烯、丙烯、液态天然气及液氮等低温及超低温介质工况的阀门。其密封性能优越、操作力矩小、允许压差大、可靠性高、使用寿命长。
VB100 low temperature buttrfly valve isapplicable for low temperature and ultralow temperature media such as ethylene,propylene,liquefied natural gas (LNG)and liquid nitrogen.Itfeaturesexcelent sealing performance,smallperating torque,bigallowabledifferential pressure,high reliabilityand long service life.
VB100 低温蝶阀是一种三偏心密封蝶阀,其密封面是采用圆锥面型式,在水平中心上有一个角度偏心,阀杆相对于流道中心在其轴向和径向上有两个距离偏心,实现了蝶板密封圈与阀座密封面之间在关闭之前无摩擦的运动,密封面上压力角大于摩擦角,使蝶板开启阻力极低,快速实现关闭自动吻合密封动作。
VB100 low temperature buterfly valve is atriple-eccentric sealingbutterfly valveand itssealing surface usesaconical surface.Thereisanangulareccentricityonthehorizontalcenterand twodistanceeccentricitiesonaxialandradialdirections ofthestemrelative totherunnercenter torealizefriction-free operationbetween sealingringof thevalve plateand sealing surfaceof the valveseat before closing.Pressure angleonthe sealing surface is greaterthan friction angle to makeopening resistance of the valve plate very low and realize automatic engaging and sealing operation rapidly.

1、VB100低温蝶阀与执行器的连接尺寸按 IS05211标准进行设计,通用性强,安装简单方便。

2、VB100 低温蝶阀采用三偏心结构,阀门开闭过程无死区,开启力矩小。
2.VB100 low temperature buterfly valve uses triple-eccentric structure,without dead zoneand with smallopening torque during valve opening and closing.
3、整体式的阀杆,并采用高强度的不锈钢材料,阀门承受的允用压差大;台阶式结构设计能有效防止阀杆飞出, 能充分保证阀门安全性。
3.Withan integrated stemand high strength stainlessteel,thevalvebears high allowable differential pressure;thestep type structure design can effectively prevent the stem blowout,fully ensuring safety of the valve.
4、采用伸长型上阀盖,使阀杆填料远离低温介质以保证填料可靠性及其使用寿命。

5、采用轴封结构有效防止不洁净的介质等杂质进入阀体和阀杆之间的间隙,避免阀门出现卡死现象。
