南浔的电梯事业始于上个世纪70年代，是国内电梯业发展的源头之一。由湖州阀门厂、北里农机厂两家机械小厂转型生产电梯，从无到有、从小规模到大制造，中间经历了许多的曲折与荣誉，也因此聚集了一大批电梯业的名人传奇。现波士顿电梯（湖州）有限公司董事长杨诚喜，就是这样一位经历了南浔电梯发展40年的传奇人物，今年已经82岁高龄，依然活跃在电梯行业的一线。

驱动链轮测速装置
Speed Detection By Drive Chain-whee Device
当扶梯发生逆转或超速时，传感器会监测到相应的输入信号，将此信号传送给主控板扶梯主机安全制动。
When the escalator is reversible or overspeed,the sensor can detect the corresponding input signal. It transmits the signal to main control panel and the escalator host brakes safely.
自动润滑系统Automatic Lubricaor
由微机控制，在设定的时间里发出加油信号，自动接通液压泵，进行加油润滑。
It is controlled by micro-computer. It gives lubricating signal within the set period. It automatically connects with hydraulic pump for oiling and lubrication.
梯级缺失保护装置Step Loss Protection Device
该监测装置应在驱动站和转向站各设置一个，以确保无论设备上行还是下行，因梯级(踏板)缺失而导致的缺口都不会出现在入口处。驱动站和转向站所设置监测装置的保护功能应在正常运行状态下分别进行验证。该装置动作后，只有手动复位。
The detector is in driving station and steering station respectively.It ensures that the gap out ofstep (tread)loss does not appear in the entry in up /down motion.Driving station and steering station sets protective detection functions. They shall beverified respectively under normal operation conditions. After the device acts, it can only be reset manually.

位于楼层板附近的红外线传感器可以检测到进入楼层板的乘客，并自动开始运行，当所有乘客离开后会自动停止运行，以节约能耗。有扫描传感器和传统的导向方式可供选择。
The infrared ray sensor which is near the floor plate can detect the passenger that enter into the floor plate. Then it will automatically start the operation. After all the passengers leave, it will automatically stop the operation again in order to save the energy loss. Scanning sensor and traditional guide rod are available for your choice.
扶手照明 Handrail illumination
扶手照明安装在扶手支架内，柔和的光线为运行中的自动扶梯增添了几份灵气。
The handrail illumination has been installed in the handrail frame. The gentle light adds charm to the running escalator.
梳齿照明 Comb lighting
照明被安装在靠近梳齿板旁的围裙板 上，为梯级和梳齿板提供照明以方便乘 客安全的乘坐上下自动扶梯。
The illumination has been installed in the skirt panel near the comb plate. It offers the lighting for the step and the comb plate. It is more convenient for the passengers to up and down the escalator.
运行方向指示 Running direction indication
运行方向和禁行显示标识置于扶手带出入口处，以显而易见的运行或禁行指示，确保乘客安全自如地乘坐。
The running direction and forbidden display mark have been placed in the inlet and outlet of the handrail. The obvious running or forbidden instruction ensures the safe riding of the passengers with great ease.
沿着梯级运行轨迹流线型的围裙板照明光线，在运行时不仅维持了光束的美观大方，同时又强调了扶梯在整幢大楼中的可见度并使乘客的乘坐更加舒心和安全。
The streamline skirt panel lighting along the step running track not only keeps the elegant and pleasing beam of light during the operational process. but also emphasizes the sound degree of visibility to the escalator in the whole building. 加热装置Heating device
每台扶梯一般安装3个加热装置，上部安装在上机房主机边，主要对主机进行加热，中部安装在扶梯中部，下部安装在下机房，主要对整个梯路实行加热。
Each escalator usually installs three heating devices. One is beside the host in the upper machine room. It mainly heats the host. The second is installed in the mid escalator. And the third is in the lower part. It mainly heats the whole escalator.

这种布置多少会给乘客带来不便，但对商场业主却有利，因为在上行或下行扶梯间以及换乘扶梯间的空间间隔有可能让顾客看到特意布置的广告展品。
Interrupted arrangement (one-way traffic)
This arrangement is somewhat inconvenient for users, but advantageous for department store owners, since the short detour to the next unit and the spatial separation between up and down travel is ideal for leading customers to see advertising displays.
平行断续布置式(双向交通)
这种布置方式主要使用于客流量较大的商场和公交设施。当有三台或三台以上自动扶梯时，就应有可能按照客流改变运动方向。这种布置方式比较经济，因为这样无需内侧挡板。
Parallel, interrupted arrangement (twa-way traffic)
This arrangement is used mainly in department stores and pubic transport buildings with a heavy traffic volume. When there are three or more than three escalators, it should be possible to reverse the traveling direction according to the traffic flow. This arrangement is economical, since inner lateral cladding are not required.
交叉连续布置式(双向交通)

1. When the moving walk is installed on the second floor or above, the pit will be canceled and civil substructure and superstructure shall be symmetrical.

1. When the escalator is installed on the first floor or above, the pit will be canceled and civil substructure and superstructure shall be symmetrical.
2. Keep sufficient clear space in the entrance of the escalator, whose width shall be not less than 1238mm, and the depth from handrail belt steering terminal to the front obstacle must be not less than 1500mm.
3. The distance between handrail center line and any obstacle shall be not less than 500mm.

5. Earthing device with the resistance less than 4 ohm should be provided by the users.

1.当自动扶梯提升高度6000<H<7800时。桁架载重梁之间的中心应当增加中心支撑，中心支撑高度H1=H/2-1330。2.上部载重梁的承重R1=H\*0.007+46。3.下部载重梁的承重R2=H\*0.007+36。4.中心支撑载重R3=H\*0.0216+90用户提供380VAC50HZ三相五线电源，人行道启动时，电压降≤10%,正常情况下，人行道运行时电压降≤5%；最大启动电流应小于额定电流的3.5倍。
1. When the escalator\* s lifting height is in the range of 6000mm to 7800mm (6000mm <H <7800mm), center support whose height H1 = H/2-1330 should be set on the center of the truss supporting beam.
2. Load-bearing of upper girder: R1=H× 0.007+46.
3. Load-bearing of bottom girder: R2=H× 0.007+36.
4. Load-bearing of central support:R3=H ×0.0216+90. 380V AC 50Hz three-phase five-wire power is provided by users. When the escalator starts, the voltage drop will be ≤ 10%. And under normal circumstances, voltage drop is 5% when the escalator is running. The maximum starting current should be less than 3.5 times the rated current.

Besides complying with the drawing of the contract, attention should also be drawn to the following
为了确保扶梯和人行道的使用安全，自由空间必须在各层站处提供足够大的空间。(参见右最小尺寸图)C=扶手带中心宽度。
To ensure the safety of the escalator and moving walk, free space should also be large enough in the landing area.(See the minimum size reight)
C=handrail belt width
除顶空安全距离 Vertical safety distance
在梯阶/踏板上的任意点上，至少有2.3米不受任何障碍的安全距离。
特别注意!如果一台扶梯上的另一台扶梯的提升高度<3.3米，就不可能达到2.3米的顶空安全距离。
There should be at least 2.3m upside safety distance staring upward fromthe step board.
Notice: if the vertical rise of one escalator, which is installed above anotherone, is less than 3.3m,the upside safety distance can not reach 2.3m.
扶梯（人行道）安装
Escalators and moving walk horizontal safety distance
扶手带外边缘至墙体或其他障碍物的水平安全距离必须大于80mm。
梯级/踏板区上方垂直安全距离必须大于2.3m。
扶手带外部自由空间高度必须大于2.1m。
对楼面开孔或扶梯/人行道交叉布置，扶手带外缘到障碍物的水平安全距离必须大于0.5m。
如未达到要求，需设置专门的防护装置和防撞挡板。
专门的防护装置和防墙挡板，可向波士顿电梯公司咨询。
The horizontal distance between the handrail edge and the wall or other objects should be more than 80mm.
The vertical distance above the step board should be more than 2.3m.
The vertical distance above the handrail space should be more than 2.1m.
In case of floor spaces or the cross layout of escalators and moving walk,the safety distance between the handrail center and the object should bemore than 0.5m.
If the above-mentioned requirements cannot be met, a special protectiondevice and a bumper rai should be sued.
