产品性能特点

1、管材管件的内外壁光滑，摩擦系数小。减少电线、电缆在管道内的阻力。
2、抗压性能高：中德的套管能承受750N以上压力，故可以明装也可暗敷于混凝土内，不会受压破坏（注：暗敷于混凝土内请选用重型管材）。
3、抗冲、耐热性能好：中德套管在混凝土浇注过程中，受到正常的捣固冲击不会破裂，且在施工过程中受到凝结热作用不变软。
4、防潮耐酸碱：PVC套管防潮耐酸碱性能优良，不会锈蚀，各连接处按规定用PVC粘合剂粘接，可防水渗进管内，防潮效果更佳。因而较适合在腐蚀性环境中使用。
5、阻燃：PVC塑料套管离火自熄（离开火焰30秒内即会自熄），火焰不会沿着管道蔓延。
6、绝缘：有优良绝缘性能，在浸水状态下AC2000V、50Hz不会击穿。有防止意外触电的功效。
7、防虫：因PVC套管中添加了特种助剂，不会发出气味，吸引虫鼠咬噬破坏。
8、施工方便：dn32mm以下的导管用截管器可轻便地截断，在导管内插入相应的专用弹簧，在常温下人工可随意弯曲成所需角度，用PVC粘合剂可以快速而方便地将套管连接成施工所需形状的管道。

产品简介

MPP采用改性聚丙烯为主要原材料，是无需大量挖泥、挖土及破坏路面，在道路、铁路、建筑物、河床下等特殊地段敷设管道、电缆等施工工程。与传统的“挖槽埋管法”相比，非开挖电力管工程更适应当前的环保要求，去除因传统施工所造成的尘土飞扬、交通阻塞等扰民因素，这一技术还可以在一些无法实施开挖作业的地区铺设管线，如古迹保护区、闹市区、农作物及农田保护区、高速公路、河流等。管材常用规格为直径1 1 0 \mathsf {mm } \mathord { ~ } \Phi 2 5 0 \mathsf {mm } ，分为普通型和加强型。普通型适用于开挖铺设施工和非开挖穿越施工埋深小于4M的工程；加强型适用于非开挖穿越施工埋深大于4M的工程。MPP非开挖电力管又称作MPP顶管或拖拉管，它是以改型聚丙烯（PP）为主要原材料，采用特殊配方和加工工艺生产的新型塑料管道。具有强度高、耐热性能好、穿放电缆容易、施工简便、节省费用等一系列优点。

MPP uses modified polypropylene as the main raw material.It does not require a large amountofdredging,excavationand damage to the road surface.Itisused to lay pipes,cables and other construction projects in special sections such as roads,railways,buildings and riverbeds.
