With the adjustment of China’s energy industry structure and the wide application of low-carbon energy, our group has made great progress in the domestic energy industry. Under the guidance of the national macro policy, with the strong support of local governments,

relying on a solid resource base, the overall industrial development strategy has been successfully completed. There are branches in

Henan, Hebei, Shanxi and Guangxi, and the project investment exceeds 20 100 million yuan, and successfully built a complete industrial

Combined with the country’s high-quality development requirements for environmental

开始在香港聘请国际技术人才专业从事煤层气技术的研究工作。

mining technology and increase production capacity, our

company began to hire international technical personnel in

Hong Kong in 2012 to specialize in the research of coalbed

methane technology.

气产能数据汇总中我们发现:

的精神,研发团队展开了大量的理论研究和实验工作。

For this objective status quo, in the spirit of “pursuing truth,

scientific and pragmatic”, the R&D team has carried out a lot

of theoretical research and experimental work.

Based on this fruitful discovery, our company has financed

through the Hong Kong capital market and set up an industrial

practice team. Based on the reaction mechanism of hydrocarbon polymerization of methane in underground coalbed methane, we have created ground technology implementation, from

technical processes to material applications, from hydrocarbon

pyrolysis. A lot of research and practice have been made to

precise catalysis.

It took seven years before and after, after countless failures

and criticisms, and broke many “impossible” limits with a

前后耗时七年时间,历经无数次的失败和非议,凭借坚强的意志

打破了多个“不可能”的极限,终于在 2021 年末,颠覆性的创

造发明出了“高温水活化碳氢制取天然气技术”。

伴随该技术的应用,必将缓解全球天然气资源的紧缺局面,并且

研发历程

煤层气已开采产量,远超过开采前的探明储

量,而且开采周期远远超过预定年限。

查阅现有的“煤层气成因理论”,均是基于地球物理学和基础化学的研究结果。

但是,深度溯源该理论中缺失的“失氧”反应过程,我们认为:现有的“煤层气

成因理论”,缺乏诸多“地球化学”反应动力模型和理论计算基础。

据此,我们以“地球化学”和“地球物理学”为理论基础, 无数次的地矿样本采集、

检测、分析、编辑组合计算模块,通过超级计算机的反复类比试错,最终发现了

“自然催化物、被氧化物” 的客观存在,以及它们在碳氢聚合甲烷过程中的反应

机理。基于这一发现我们创造发明了“高温水活化碳氢制取天然气技术”, 同时

还颠覆性的创造了一步制取甲烷的“水法工艺”技术。

03 工艺实践验证

TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS 技术研发历程

经本技术第一代小试装备(日产 5000m³)反复实验运行,目前已经确定 1.22 公斤

褐煤产出 1m³ 天然气,其“碳氢物料”经三次解析后碳残余量≤ 2.57%,热需耗用

自产天然气29.3%,产品质量达到GB7820-2018 一类天然气标准,运行成本为1.1-1.3

元 /m³ 之间。

套使用管道天然气的县级城市。

In 2009, China Coalbed Methane Group Co., Ltd. built LNG transmission and distribution station and gas filling station project in the “intersection of western development

Henan Province. The land is 84.9 mu and the total investment is 150 million Hong Kong

dollars. The world’s most advanced liquefaction storage and distribution process is adopted, so that the liquefied coalbed methane is in a low temperature and normal pressure state of about -162°C, and the volume is converted to 1/625 of the original, which
