1.2. Grounding safety

1.3. Personal safety

2. Production introduction
EMS- Smart microgrid controller, designed for modern microgrid systems, with a variety of models and configuration options, designed to meet the energy management needs of different energy storage plants, can significantly improve the efficiency and stability of energy storage plants.
Core functions: data collection, reporting and analysis, monitoring and control, mode policy configuration, parameter configuration, device control management, alarm management, communication and other functions.
Features: It can adjust the charge and discharge strategy of the energy storage device in real time according to the demand and load of the power grid. By coordinating the relationship between supply and demand, the energy regulation function of the energy storage equipment is fully exerted, the utilization efficiency of energy is improved, and the stable operation of the energy storage power station is provided with a strong guarantee. 3. Interface and display distribution
P3-2 Appearance of the back-end interface
Note: The specific port style of the product will vary according to the selected configuration, and the specific object shall prevail.
3.1. Power interface
EMS- The power supply of the smart microgrid controller is optional. The power supply can be automatically switched between AC and direct power supplies or DC power supplies.
The interface terminals of the DC input power supply are 3-pin green sockets with 3 . 8 {mm } spacing. The sockets are equipped with screw holes and connected to the DC2.0 round core jack. The DC power input is equipped with a 24VDC sliding switch. For power cables, use 0.2 to 1 . 5 {mm } ^ { 2 } copper cables or 24AWG to 16AWG dual-core copper cables. The PGND cable uses 4 to 6 {mm } ^ { 2 } copper cables or 12AWG to 10AWG outdoor copper cables.
The interface terminals of the AC input power supply are 3-pin green sockets with a distance of 7 . 5 {mm } . The sockets are provided with screw holes. Power input installed 220VAC boat type switch. Power cables are connected to copper cables with a diameter of 2 . 5 {mm } ^ { 2 } . The PGND cable uses 4 to
6 {mm } ^ { 2 } copper cables or 12AWG to 10AWG outdoor copper cables.

The EMS- Smart microgrid controller provides two 5W power outputs, one 12VDC output, and the other 24VDC output, for 220VAC AC power supply if AC/DC power supply is automatically switched. The interface terminals are two 3-pin green sockets with 3 . 8 {mm } spacing. The sockets have screw holes. For power cables, use 0.2 to 1 . 5 {mm } ^ { 2 } copper cables or 24AWG to 16AWG dual-core copper cables.

3.2. HDMI output interface
The EMS- Smart Microgrid controller provides a standard HDMI interface that can be used to connect to the HDMI interface display. The HDMI interface is the same as the on-board TFT-LCD interface. Only one of the two interfaces can be selected at the same time.

3.3. Ethernet interface
The EMS- Smart Microgrid controller provides 2 Ethernet interfaces, and the physical interface uses an RJ45 with isolation LED indicator.Gigabit ETH is the core board native Ethernet port, and 100 megabit ETH is the PRG extended Ethernet port.

3.6. Memory card socket
The EMS- Smart Microgrid controller provides a standard MicroSD card socket for system debugging, firmware writing, startup, and firmware upgrade. After the system is started, users can read and write the SD card.

3.7. WIFI antenna interface
The EMS-Smart Microgrid Controller provides 1 WIFI antenna interface, with the onboard WIFI module being the industrial-grade B-LINK BL-R8188EU2, featuring an SMA interface with an input impedance of 5 0 \Omega , and an external 2.4G WIFI module antenna.

3.8. 4G antenna interface
The EMS- Smart Microgrid controller provides a 4G antenna interface and is matched with a Micro SIM card holder. The 4G module expansion interface uses the onboard Mini PCIe slot, which can be compatible with a variety of LTE Cat1 and LTE Cat4 wireless communication modules such as Yiyuan, Youfang, and Guanghetong

3.9. KEY
The EMS- smart microgrid controller provides two buttons. The Reset Key button is used to control system reset and power off of the PSU, and the other Upgrade Key button is used to upgrade programs.

3.10.Communication interface
The EMS-Smart Microgrid Controller provides 2 isolated CAN interfaces and 5 isolated RS-485 interfaces.
The interface terminal uses a 14Pin, 3 . 8 {mm } pitch green socket with screw holes. Both CAN and RS485 use 2-core shielded copper twisted pair cables, with a wire diameter of 0.5 to 0.75 square millimeters and a twist pitch of 20 millimeters. Strip the outer insulation of the wire ends to 7 . 1 0 {mm } , and it is recommended to connect the shielding layer to the control terminal ground.

3.11.DI input interface
EMS-Smart Microgrid Controller can provide 4 or 8 channels of optocoupler isolated DI input interfaces. The interface terminal is a 1-channel 4Pin, 3 . 8 {mm } pitch green socket with built-in screw holes. It is recommended to use 2-core copper shielded wire for DI, with a wire diameter of 0.5 to 0.75 square millimeters. DI's -DI_COM are all connected.

3.12.DO output interface
EMS-Smart Microgrid Controller can provide 2 or 8 channels of relay-isolated passive DO (Digital Output) interfaces, which can be used to control the power on/off of external devices or as switches, etc. When the number of DI (Digital Input) input interfaces is 4, the number of DO output interfaces is 2; if the number of DI input interfaces is selected as 8, then the number of DO output interfaces is also 8. The interface terminal is a 1-channel 6Pin, 3 . 8 {mm } pitch green socket with screw holes. It is recommended to use single-core multi-strand wire with a diameter of 0 . 5 { ~ } 1 square millimeters for DO, and each channel of DO is independent.

The EMS-Smart Microgrid Controller offers an optional TFT-LCD touch display screen, and the LED indicator system covers the status display of power, operation, alarm, 4G, CAN1, CAN2, 485/1-5, DO, and DI. For the 300LD11CN model, there are two optional configurations for DO and DI: Configuration One includes DO/1-2 and DI/1-4 indicators; Configuration Two does not include these indicators. The design of these indicators aims to facilitate users in understanding the system's operational status under any circumstances.
