柏明引用高精密设备，在产品设计、模具开发、注塑成型、电镀、喷油、喷漆烫金、3D打印、丝印、组装等整个生产过程中，基本实现自动化管理及工序品质全检控制。

采用ERP管理系统和数字化管理系统，实时掌握产品生产进度、质量、异常状况等问题，及时对原材料、工艺、产品进行追溯，整个生产周期一目了然，让客户省事省力更省心。

严谨的生产工艺流程，必须通过原材料检测、生产、装配、检验等环节，研发中心与品质管控中心严密合作，更新汇聚各环节信息，向客户提供精准交货期，共同打造优质的差异化产品。
