What began with small editions of

ceramic crockery back in the 17th

century went on to change the everyday

lives and home comforts of whole

generations. From the early 19th century

onwards, new casting and production

methods enabled Villeroy & Boch to play

a major role in the democratisation of

the bathroom. In keeping with the

aspirations of its founders, Nicolas Villeroy

and Jean-François Boch, today’s global

enterprise continues to pursue ever

higher standards, with innovation firmly

ingrained in its DNA.

marked the beginning of a new c hapter

in the company’s history.

For the Antao collection, leading

designer duo kaschkasch translated

the form of a water drop into elegant

product design.

Driven by a vision of perfect functionality,

design and quality, Villeroy & Boch has

always been keen to collaborate with the

best of the best: From Bauhaus icons such

as Peter Behrens to renowned designers

including Luigi Colani, Gesa Hansen, Christian

Haas and the kaschkasch duo, the company

has teamed up with many outstanding creative
