钢带主机

钢带无齿轮主机采用德国ZIEHL-ABEGG免维护电引机，运行不需要润滑，减少了油污的污染，使环境更加清洁；其次，雷曼电梯的控制系统采用了抗电磁干扰的装置，避免了磁污染；同时，消除了传统蜗轮蜗杆传动引起的噪音和振动，降低了噪音污染；另外，交流同步驱动方式的采用极大地改善了电梯的启动、加速和制动特性，使电梯的启动、行驶、平层更加平滑，让乘客感觉更加平稳舒适。雷曼电梯无论在技术上还是在性能上都充分考虑环境因素，以人为本，绿色环保。

节能

我们的别墅电梯更加巧妙的融合了绿色工艺以便节约能源和节省运营成本。

核心部件采用德国ZIEHL-ABEGG内转子永磁同步驱动技术、LED照明与通风系统、当电梯停止运行后将自动进入睡眠模式，320KG仅需0.98KW，400KG仅需1.1KW，平均每日使用<1度电。

免维护导靴

雷曼电梯自2017年以来全系轿厢都采用免维护型滑动导靴替代传统的滑动导靴。

滑动导靴优点：免维护，无需添加润滑油、静音、舒适感好、干净卫生无油渍污染。

电梯钢带

扁平钢带采用德国ZIEHL-ABEGG钢带，将传统绳股重新排布，钢丝表面镀锌防锈，外层包裹高密度聚氨酯材料。聚氨酯包裹既能保护钢丝绳股、又能增强柔韧性、同时减轻了普通钢丝绳在驱动过程中产生的噪音，并增大与驱动轮的接触面积，使其更节能、高效，使用寿命是进口钢丝绳的3倍，国产钢丝绳的5倍。

Flatsteel band applies the imported German ZIEHL-ABEGGsteel band.Itre-arranges thetraditional strand.It goes through galvanized and anti-rusting treatment to steel wire surface. Outercoating iscladdedwith highdensitypolyurethanematerial. Polyurethane sheath protects the wire rope strand,addsits flexibility.Meanwhile,itreducesnoiseofordinarywireropeduring thedriving process.Itenlarges its contact area with drive wheel. 门机介绍

雷曼电梯采用前沿的Jarless-con中分或中分双折永磁同步变频技术。采用永磁同步电机驱动和无级调速变频控制驱动系统，经严格测试，比普通常规门机运行节能、高效、可靠、噪音低，并自带力矩检测功能，实现井道小开门大等特点、井道净宽1.2米、开门尺寸可达到700mm开门。

特殊功能：当安全光幕失效时门机自带力矩检测功能，检测到出现夹人力度达到2公斤时将自动重新打开，有效的保护乘坐人员安全（全系标配）。

安全钳

电梯安全钳装置相当于汽车刹车，雷曼电梯安全钳材质采用合金材质浇筑而成，是电梯出现超速或断钢丝绳等非常严重的故障时，将轿厢紧急制停并夹持在导轨上防止轿厢下坠。它对电梯的安全运行提供非常重要的保护作用，确保电梯乘坐人员安全（电引梯全系标配）。

限速器

限速器的作用，它随时监测轿厢上下运行的速度，当出现超过额定速度时，及时发出信号继而产生机械动作切断供电电源，使电引机制动。同时控制着电梯轿厢上的安全钳动作将轿厢强制制停在井道中间、防止电梯持续运行，确保电梯乘坐人员安全（电引梯全系标配）。
