ZZHP 型指拝器操作自力式庄力凋t國是由指捧器、 凋苫閥、 扶行机杓和閥后接管四部分塑成。
ZZHp self-acting pressure regulating valve consists of four parts: the controller, regulating valve, actuator, and downstream connection pipe.
工作原理: 介贋以所示箭斗方向辻入陶体,一路泣漉減圧器減圧后的圧力被引入指探器・男一路通泣岡芯、岡座,苧流后的圧力流向岡后,并通寸与圧管引入指拝器扶行机杓。当岡后圧力高于没定圧力肘,其圧力作用在指拝器薄膜有数面上茂生一不推力帯劫指拝器芯芙切断引入主扶行机杓膜室中的圧力,使主岡岡芯芙閉,岡后圧力随之降低・当岡后圧力低千役定値肘,由千指探器主弾箕的反作用力打升指探器陶芯, 陶前庄力又被引入主陶執行机杓膜室芝生推力 使主陶陶芯打千陶后庄力随乙升高。如此往須 保持陶后庄方刃投定値

This pressure is then introduced into the actuator of the controller through the pressure guiding tube. When the pressure behind the Valve exceeds the set pressure, it exerts 1 force On the effective surface of the diaphragm of controller. driving the Valve core of controller t0 close. This action cuts off the pressure in the membrane chamber of the main Valve actuator, causing the main Valve core t0 close, Subsequently reducing the pressure behind the Valve. When the downstream pressure falls below the set value, the counterforce of the main spring in the controller opens the Valve core of controller. The upstream pressure is then introduced into the membrane chamber of the main Valve actuator, generating thrust and causing the main Valve core to Open, subsequently raising the downstream pressure. This cycle continues to maintain the pressure behind the valve at the set value.
