江苏华佳集团成立于1969年，座落在中国绸都盛泽镇，经过五十五年的发展，从过去的一家传统的、单一的巢丝工厂，形成了集研发、设计、制造为一体，如今中国唯一一家从“蚕种DNA基因”、桑、蚕种研发开始到巢丝、捻线、织造、印染、服装、品牌、丝绸文化的全产业链的绿色发展集团型企业。

华佳集团的前身坛丘巢丝厂作为一家镇办企业开始筹建。
仅有24名员工，砌土灶、土煮茧，利用12台陈旧繅丝机繅土丝，开启了艰难的创业。

通过优化生产管理，提升产品质量，开始出品A级白厂丝。 By optimizing production management and improving product quality,we started to produce Grade Awhite mill silk.

在政府的支持下，企业实施了首次技术改造，更新12台立巢机，使生产规模翻了一番；
With the support of the government, the enterprise implemented the first technological transformation,updating12 setsof vertical reeling machines,doubling the production scale;
1988年
企业进行第二次设备更新，购置针织台车8台，针织大圆机6台，产品向上游延伸。
Theenterprise carries out the second equipment renewal, purchases8setsof knitting dolliesand 6 sets of large circular knitting machines,and extends the products to the upstream.
1990年
企业进行第三次设备更新改造，新增了当时最先进的D301型自动巢丝机2台6组，实现了蚕丝生产的自动化。
Theenterprise carried out the third equipmentupgradingand reconstruction,added the thenmost advanced D301 typeautomatic reelingmachine2setsof6 groups,realized theautomation of silk production.
这期间，费孝通、金培阳等学者前来考察指导，费达生、项志生、杨志超等老一辈繅丝专家前来悉心传授经验，助力工艺、管理、设备升级，提高巢丝生产品质和数量。

提升产业效率-快速发展

购买国内第一代80B型全自动巢丝机2组，引进德国的提花大圆机，新建了针织车间，开始了从巢丝到针织面料的生产。Byoptimizing productionmanagementand improvingproduct quality,westarted to produce Grade A white mill silk.
1992年
真丝针织服装生产线投产，并组建江苏华佳巢丝厂（集团）。Silkknitted garment production line put into production,and the formation ofJiangsu Huajia Reeling Factory(Group).
1993年
购买染色机4台及相应配套设备，真丝针织染色生产线投产运行。 Purchase 4 sets of dyeing machines and corresponding supporting equipment, silk knitting dyeing production line put into operation.
1995年
与意大利圣彼埃特罗丝织股份公司合资成立苏州圣佳丝织品有限公司，购置国内先进的捻线设备。
Ltd.was established with St.Pietro Silk WeavingS.p.A.of Italy,and purchased advanced twisting equipments in China.
1999年
企业发展遇到瓶颈，为顺应时代发展，根据政府要求改制成民营企业，以适应激烈的市场竞争。

1995年

SRN Se苏州雅婷服装有限公司SUZHOU YATING GARMENT CO.LTD开业典礼成立苏州雅婷纺织有限公司
2002年
成立苏州雅婷纺织有限公司，开发生产高档真丝服装，迎来了突飞猛 进的跨越式发展，公司员工2000多人，年产量150万件。 Ltd.wasestablishedtodevelopand produce high-gradesilk garments, usheringina sudden leap forward,withmore than2,ooo employeesand an annual output of 1.5 million pieces.
2003年
在盐城大丰成立江苏华宇丝绸有限公司，形成了年产200吨白厂丝的生产能力。

成立江苏华佳丝绸有限公司，专业从事真丝制品的生产与贸易。 Established Jiangsu Huajia Silk Co.,Ltd.specializing in the production and trade of silk products.

江苏华佳投资集团JIANGSU HUAJIA INVESTMENT GROUP江苏华佳巢丝厂（集团）更名为江苏华佳投资集团有限公司
2006年
华佳响应国家“东桑西移”的号召，在广西来宾市象州县成立了拥有20组自动樂丝生产线的全资子公司一广西华佳丝绸有限公司和“广西象州华佳蚕种场有限公司”，年产能白厂丝500吨、育种30万张。

成立了苏州华绸科技有限公司，联合苏州大学承担了江苏省重大科技成果转化项目，专业从事真丝新材料的研发与产业化。

2007年
成立江苏华佳丝绸文化游览有限公司，创建国内首个丝绸工业旅游示范点--华佳丝博园。

华佳引进意大利剑杆织机，采购国产先进剑杆织机，专门织造提花类宽幅梭织真丝面料。
Huajia introduced Italian rapier looms and purchased domestic advanced rapier looms,specializing in weavingjacquard-type wide woven silk fabrics.
2013年
出生于丝绸世家的LesleyYu（俞金键），从英国留学回国后创办了“桑 罗SANGLUO”牌高档真丝服装家居品牌，同年SANGLUO天猫旗舰店开 业。“桑罗SANGLUO”先后获得了中国驰名商标和中国十大丝绸品牌。 Born ina silk family Lesley Yu (Yu Jinji), returned from studying in the United Kingdom founded the“SANGLUO” brand of high-grade silk clothing and home furnishing brand,the same year SANGLUO Tmallflagshipstore opened.SANGLUO”has won the‘China Famous Trademark’ and‘China’s Top Ten Silk Brands’.

2016年
江苏华佳丝绸股份有限公司在全国中小企业股份转让系统成功挂牌。
Jiangsu Huajia Silk Co., Ltd. was successfully listed in the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Stock Transfer System.
股份转让系统成功挂牌仪式Successful Listing Ceremony on the Stock Transfer System同年华佳在云南成立了曲靖市华佳生态桑蚕种养殖有限公司，在曲靖市茨营镇流转了3000亩土地，投资建设了”规模化、集约化”现代桑蚕种养示范基地，并开展订单农业，科技扶农，帮助蚕农走上脱贫致富的产业之路。
In thesame year, Huajia established Qujing Huajia Ecological Mulberry Silkworm Breeding and Farming Co.,Ltd.in Yunnan,and transferred3,oo0 acres of land in Ziying Township of Qujing City, invested in the construction of a“large-scale,intensive”modern mulberry silkwormbreeding demonstration bases,and to carry out the order of agriculture,scientific and technological support for agriculture to help sericulturists embark on the road to poverty alleviationand enrichmentofthe industry.

2018年
由华佳牵头和国家标准委员会一起制定“精6A”白厂丝团体标准。“精6A”白厂丝已成为欧洲奢侈品牌的专用丝。

2019年

同年，华佳集团迎来建厂五十周年庆典，中国纺织工业联合会、中国纺织品进出口商会，中国丝绸协会，苏州市市委副书记，吴江区相关领导出席活动。关心和支持华佳发展的社会各界人士以及国内外合作伙伴共同见证了华佳50年的辉煌和开启下一个50年。
