Theelectricallydrivenand patented transporter hasbeen constructedtoprovideeffectiveandaffordablesolutionstoproblems inpartstransport,wastedisposalaswellaspartssorting.This systemconveys punchedandwastepartsoutof the toolingarea witha rhythmic movement inastraight line.

Aspecially designed guidechannel which is screwedto the body of the conveyorvibrates rhythmically slowly forwardsand fastbackwards.Themass inertia of the parts isused to move them forwards.In this way the parts in the guide channel progressgentlytowards thestoragecontainers.

Lowenergyconsumption,infinitely variablespeed control,simple automation,low noise (60 dB) and the absence of compressed air ensure high economic eficiencywhilst improving the working environment.

Itsmainareasof applicationare conveyingand separatingsolid materials inmetal processingand theautomotivesector.Theadditional "CLEANLINE"product range canalso beused in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
