该上下床于南方学院定制项目，基于院校实际使用场景与需求完成标准化迭代，正式转为常规款，精准定位于高校市场销量型核心产品。产品延续定制款的严苛品控标准，在结构稳固性、防滑防磕碰等安全细节上层层把关，同时通过规模化生产实现成本优化，以超高性价比优势，为各类本科、专科院校及职业技术学校，提供集安全可靠、经济实用、定制灵活于一体的宿舍家具解决方案。

This bunk bed was originally developed for a customized project at Southern College. It has undergone standardized iteration based on the actual usage scenarios and demands of universities, and is now officially launched as a standard model, precisely positioned as a core high-volume product for the higher education market.

Upholding the strict quality control standards of the customized version, the product delivers rigorous checks on safety details including structural stability, anti-slip performance and collision prevention. Meanwhile, mass production optimizes its cost structure. Boasting outstanding cost performance, it provides an all-in-one dormitory furniture solution that combines safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness and flexible customization for universities, colleges and vocational schools of all types

护栏设计

1、护栏采用冷轧钢材质，既能防止东西掉落，同时结构坚固，承重能力强，不易变形或断裂，钢材本身不燃烧，有效避免了易燃问题，也有效解决木制护栏甲醛问题、易磨损、开裂等一系列问题。

2、整体为嵌入式设计，美观大方，护栏整体高度300mm,符合国家保准，保障学生居住的安全性。

3、木色部分是采用钢板木纹转印，实现仿木纹效果的工艺，兼具金属基材的物理性能与木材的美观质感，同时具备高耐磨、耐刮擦、抗腐蚀的优势

1. The guardrail is made of cold-rolled steel. It can prevent items from falling off while featuring a sturdy structure with strong load-bearing capacity, resisting deformation and breakage. As steel is non-combustible, it eliminates fire risks. It also solves a series of drawbacks of wooden guardrails, such as formaldehyde emission, easy wear and cracking.

2. The whole guardrail adopts an embedded design for an elegant appearance. With an overall height of 300 mm, it complies with national standards and fully safeguards students' safety in dormitories.

3. The wood-textured sections are processed with steel plate wood grain transfer printing to create a realistic wood finish. This technology combines the physical strength of metal substrates and the aesthetic texture of natural wood, and delivers excellent performance in wear resistance, scratch resistance and corrosion resistance.

钢制组合柜设计

台面板采用优质高密度板制作，表面貼三聚氰胺饰板，采用1.2mm厚封边条封边。

衣柜、书架铁柜：主体采用0.7mm厚优质冷轧钢板制作，铁板表面经除油，去锈，磷化静电喷粉、高温固化而成，柜底底部需加调节脚，门上配有锁和拉手;衣柜有层板下层配有挂衣杆。

除台面均采用优质冷轧钢材料，可大大避免甲醛问题。组合柜尺寸符合床下实际尺寸，连接床架。

The countertop is made of high-quality high-density board with melamine decorative laminate on the surface, sealed with 1.2mm thick edge banding tape.

Wardrobes, bookshelves and metal cabinets: The main body is constructed from O.7mm thick premium coldrolled steel sheets. The steel surfaces go through degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, electrostatic powder spraying and high-temperature curing processes. Adjustable feet are installed at the bottom of cabinets, and doors are equipped with locks and handles. Wardrobes come with partition boards and a clothes hanging rod at the lower section.

All components except the countertop are manufactured from premium cold-rolled steel, which effectively eliminates formaldehyde hazards. The combined cabinet dimensions match the actual space under the bed and can be connected to the bed frame.
