Sheathed thermocouples are characterized by their slendershape,fast thermal response,vibration resistance,long service life,and ease of bending.These features make them widely used across various industrial and technological sectors, suchasaviation,atomic energy,petrochemical,metallurgy,machinery,and power, etc.Theyare particularly suitable for temperature measurement in environments where installation in narrow, curved pipelines is required,or where rapid response andminiaturization are crucial.
WRG□K series sheathed thermocouples are our products made with the fully imported equipment and technology,which feature the unique structure ina full-range of specification.This is the first such product introduced domestically.The product consists of sheathed thermocouple elements,mounting and fixing devices, wiring components,and other key parts.
WorkingPrinciple
The homogeneous conductor(electrodeAand B)formsaclosed circuit.It is possible toseethe currntflow in the circuit whenthetwocontactsareatdiferenttemperatures,thus contributing tothethermoelectricEMF-Seebeck potential betweenthe twocontacts.(Asilustrated in theworkingprincipleschematic),theelectromotive force (EMF)has connection tothematerialof homogeneousconductoraswellas the temperature differenceat both ends.The thermocouple uses this working principle to carry out temperature measurement.
