As the itinerary covers high-altitude and desert

regions with strong UV radiation, we recommend

using high-SPF sunscreen (SPF50+), sunglasses,

wide-brimmed hats, lip balm, and moisturizing spray

to prevent sunburn and dry skin. Bright-colored

clothing (e.g., red scarves/dresses) aids photo ops

and offers sun/wind protection.

西宁海拔约 2200-2700 米左右。

建议提前 3-7 天服用红景天，初抵高原请避免剧烈运动。轻微

头痛或气短属正常反应，可补充含糖食品如葡萄糖饮料缓解症

状。我们为您准备了便携氧气，助您安心适应高原环境。

Xi'ning Altitude: about 2,200-2,700m.

It is advisable to take Rhodiola supplements 3–7 days

before the trip. Avoid strenuous activity immediately

after arrival.

Mild symptoms such as headaches or shortness of

breath are normal during acclimatization. High-sugar

snacks or drinks like glucose sweets can help alleviate

discomfort. Portable oxygen will be provided for your

comfort and peace of mind.

请根据个人需要准备个人长期服用的慢性病药物、处方药物、保

尊重当地文化 Respecting Traditions

进入宗教场所时，请着长裤或长裙，避免穿着暴露。西北是多民

族聚居区，文化多元、禁忌各异，不同信仰民族有诸多禁忌，如

伊斯兰教忌猪肉，请予以尊重。

When visiting religious sites, please wear long pants

or skirts and avoid revealing clothing. Xinjiang is

multiethnic with diverse customs. We especially urge

everyone to respect Islamic traditions—for example,

refraining from consuming pork.

饮食小贴士 Food Tips

当地以清真饮食为主，牛羊肉鲜美但易上火，建议搭配蔬菜水果，

少食辛辣。

Local cuisine is predominantly Halal. Mutton/beef are

flavorful but may cause internal heat—balance with

vegetables/fruits and limit spicy foods.

space, please do not allow them to run or play

in the carriages or linger in the connection areas

XINING西宁 塔尔寺

Kumbum Monastery

宗喀巴大师诞生处，一株白旃檀树生长为十万佛像，信徒覆塔建寺，成就黄教六大圣寺之一。明洪武

年始建的殿堂群中，“艺术三绝”惊艳时空：酥油花用冰酪塑出七彩佛国，堆绣以丝绸堆叠立体坛城，

壁画金粉勾描密法宇宙。康熙赐匾“净上津梁”，班禅与达赖在此辩经，转经筒声里飘荡着六百年的

唐卡颜料与藏香。

At the birthplace of Master Tsongkhapa, a white sandalwood tree grew into a hundred

thousand Buddha images. Devotees enshrined the tree within a stupa, which later

evolved into a temple, making it one of the six great sacred monasteries of the Gelug

School. Within the hall complex initially built during the Hongwu era of the Ming

Dynasty, the \"Three Artistic Marvels\" captivate across time and space: butter sculpture,

embroidery and murals . Emperor Kangxi bestowed a plaque inscribed with \"Ferry to the

Pure Land.\" Here, Panchen Lamas and Dalai Lamas once engaged in doctrinal debates,

while the murmurs of prayer wheels have drifted for six centuries, mingling with the

scents of thangka pigments and Tibetan incense.

沙鸣千载，泉映明月，这对沙漠奇观已相守两千年。鸣沙山沙粒摩擦轰响，古人称“天地奇响”，五

色沙丘随风低吟；月牙泉如佛祖洒落的圣水，碧波千年不涸。其不竭之谜源于古河道与地下补给，沙

山因特殊气流形成“沙旋上升”，沙绕泉行，造就“沙水共生”的诗意奇观。黄昏登顶，沙鸣如雷，

俯瞰新月清泉与汉唐亭阁相映，驼铃声中，恍若重走玄奘之路。

The sands roar as they shift—an ancient marvel known as the “Echo of Heaven and

Earth”—while the dunes whisper in hues of five colors. The spring, clear and eternal like

sacred water, never dries, sustained by underground sources and ancient waterways.

Unique air currents lift the sand upward, allowing it to drift around the spring without

burying it—a poetic balance of sand and water. At dusk, from the summit, the sands

thunder below as the crescent-shaped spring mirrors pavilions from the Han and Tang

dynasties. With camel bells in the distance, one can almost trace the footsteps of

Xuanzang’s journey.

Muqam Dinner

公元 366 年，乐僔和尚见金光万佛而凿第一窟，自此千年间，492 个洞窟、4.5 万平方米壁画在鸣沙山东麓渐次绽放。

这里是中国石窟艺术巅峰：北朝清瘦飞天、隋唐雍容佛陀、西夏青绿山水……壁画连缀可绕地球三周。藏经洞曾封存

5 万件经文织绣，见证丝路多元文明交融。如今在数字穹顶影院与复原洞窟中，仍可触摸到犍陀罗艺术东传的脉络，

聆听千年色彩讲述的佛国故事。

In 366 AD, inspired by a vision of golden light and countless Buddhas, the monk Lezun carved the

first cave here. Over the next thousand years, 492 grottoes and 45,000 square meters of murals

took shape on the eastern cliffs of the Echoing-Sand Mountain. This site represents the pinnacle

of Chinese cave art, showcasing evolving styles across dynasties. The nearby Library Cave once

preserved 50,000 manuscripts and artifacts, reflecting the cultural exchange along the Silk Road.

Today, through digital displays and replica caves, visitors can still trace the journey of Buddhist art

and immerse themselves in its timeless stories.

国家铁路局 公安部关于公布

《铁路旅客禁止、限制携带和托运物品目录》的公告

为保障旅客生命财产安全和铁路运输安全，加强和规范铁路旅客运输安全检查工作，根据《中华人民共和国民法典》、

《中华人民共和国铁路法》、《铁路安全管理条例》等法律、行政法规规定，现公布《铁路旅客禁止、限制携带和托运

物品目录》。

铁路运输企业应当在企业网站、铁路旅客车站和列车等服务场所通过多种方式公告《铁路旅客禁止、限制携带和托运物

品目录》，履行告知义务。

公益性“慢火车”可以允许旅客随身携带少量家禽家畜和日用工具农具。铁路运输企业与旅客另有约定的，按照其约定。

军人、武警、公安民警、民兵、射击运动员等人员依法可以携带、托运枪支弹药或者管制器具的，按照国家有关规定办理。

在特定区域、特定时间，中央和国家有关部门根据需要依法决定提升铁路旅客禁止、限制携带和托运物品查控标准的，

从其规定。

本公告自 2022 年 7 月 1 日起施行。原《国家铁路局 公安部关于发布铁路〈禁止携带物品目录〉的公告》（国铁运输

监〔2015〕3 号）同时废止。

铁路旅客禁止、限制携带和托运物品目录

一、禁止托运和随身携带的物品

（一）枪支、子弹类（含主要零部件）

1. 军用枪、公务用枪：手枪、冲锋枪、步枪、机枪、防暴枪等以及各类配用子弹。

2. 民用枪：气枪、猎枪、运动枪、麻醉注射枪等以及各类配用子弹。

3. 道具枪、发令枪、钢珠枪、催泪枪、电击枪等以及各类配用子弹。

4. 上述物品的样品、仿制品。

（二）爆炸物品类

1. 弹药：炸弹、照明弹、燃烧弹、烟幕弹、信号弹、催泪弹、毒气弹、手雷、地雷、手榴弹等。

2. 爆破器材：炸药、雷管、导火索、导爆索、震源弹、爆破剂等。

3. 烟火制品：礼花弹、烟花（含冷光烟花）、鞭炮、摔炮、拉炮、砸炮等各类烟花爆竹，发令纸、黑火药、烟火药、

引火线，以及“钢丝棉烟花”等具有烟花效果的制品等。

4. 上述物品的仿制品。

（三）管制器具

1. 管制刀具：根据《管制刀具分类与安全要求》（GA 1334-2016），认定为管制刀具的专用刀具（匕首、刺刀、佩刀、

三棱刮刀、猎刀、加长弹簧折叠刀等）、特殊厨用刀具（加长砍骨刀、加长西瓜刀、加长分刀、剔骨刀、屠宰刀、

多用刀等）、开刃的武术与工艺礼品刀具（武术刀、剑等），以及其他管制刀具（超过 GA/T 1335《日用刀具分类

与安全要求》规定的尺寸规格限制要求的各种刀具）。

2. 其他器具：警棍、军用或者警用匕首、催泪器、电击器、防卫器、弩、弩箭等。

（四）易燃易爆物品

1. 压缩气体和液化气体：氢气、甲烷、乙烷、环氧乙烷、二甲醚、丁烷、天然气、乙烯、氯乙烯、丙烯、乙炔（溶于介质的）、

一氧化碳、液化石油气、氟利昂、氧气（供病人吸氧的袋装医用氧气除外）、水煤气等。

2. 易燃液体：汽油（包括甲醇汽油、乙醇汽油）、煤油、柴油、苯、酒精、酒精体积百分含量大于 70% 或者标志

不清晰的酒类饮品、1,2- 环氧丙烷、二硫化碳、甲醇、丙酮、乙醚、油漆、稀料、松香油等。

3. 易燃固体：红磷、闪光粉、固体酒精、赛璐珞、发泡剂 H、偶氮二异庚腈等。

4. 自燃物品：黄磷、白磷、硝化纤维（含胶片）、油纸及其制品等。

5. 遇湿易燃物品：金属钾、钠、锂、碳化钙（电石）、镁铝粉等。

6. 氧化剂和有机过氧化物：高锰酸钾、氯酸钾、过氧化钠、过氧化钾、过氧化铅、过醋酸、双氧水、氯酸钠、硝酸铵等。

（五）毒害品

氰化物、砒霜、硒粉、苯酚、氯、氨、异氰酸甲酯、硫酸二甲酯等高毒化学品以及灭鼠药、杀虫剂、除草剂等剧毒农药。

（六）腐蚀性物品

硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、有液蓄电池（含氢氧化钾固体、注有酸液或碱液的）、汞（水银）等。

（七）放射性物品

指含有放射性核素，并且其活度和比活度均高于国家规定豁免值的物品，详见《放射性物品分类和名录（试行）》。

（八）感染性物质

包括可感染人类的高致病性病原微生物菌（毒）种和感染性样本，详见《人间传染的病原微生物名录》中危害程度

分类为第一类、第二类的病原微生物。

（九）其他危害列车运行安全的物品

1. 可能干扰列车信号的强磁化物。

2. 硫化氢及有强烈刺激性气味或者有恶臭等异味的物品。

3. 容易引起旅客恐慌情绪的物品。

4. 不能判明性质但可能具有危险性的物品。

（十）法律、行政法规、规章规定的其他禁止携带、运输的物品。

二、禁止随身携带但可以托运的物品

（一）锐器：菜刀、水果刀、剪刀、美工刀、雕刻刀、裁纸刀等日用刀具（刀刃长度超过 60 毫米）；手术刀、刨刀、

铣刀等专业刀具；刀、矛、戟等器械。

（二）钝器：棍棒、球棒、桌球杆、曲棍球杆等。

（三）工具农具：钻机、凿、锥、锯、斧头、焊枪、射钉枪、锤、冰镐、耙、铁锹、镢头、锄头、农用叉、镰刀、铡刀等。

（四）其他：反曲弓、复合弓等非机械弓箭类器材，消防灭火枪，飞镖、弹弓，不超过 50 毫升的防身喷剂等。

（五）持有检疫证明、装于专门容器内的小型活动物，铁路运输企业应当向旅客说明运输过程中通风、温度条件。

但持工作证明的导盲犬和作为食品且经封闭箱体包装的鱼、虾、蟹、贝、软体类水产动物可以随身携带。

三、限制随身携带的物品

（一）包装密封完好、标志清晰且酒精体积百分含量大于或者等于 24%、小于或者等于 70% 的酒类饮品累计不超过

3000 毫升。

（二）香水、花露水、喷雾、凝胶等含易燃成分的非自喷压力容器日用品，单体容器容积不超过 100 毫升，每种限带 1 件。

（三）指甲油、去光剂累计不超过 50 毫升。

（四）冷烫精、染发剂、摩丝、发胶、杀虫剂、空气清新剂等自喷压力容器，单体容器容积不超过 150 毫升，每种限带 1 件，

累计不超过 600 毫升。

（五）安全火柴不超过 2 小盒，普通打火机不超过 2 个。

（六）标志清晰的充电宝、锂电池，单块额定能量不超过 100Wh，含有锂电池的电动轮椅除外。

（七）法律、行政法规、规章规定的其他限制携带、运输的物品。

RAILWAY SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 15 TRAIN OF GLAMOUR SILK ROAD EXPRESS

Announcement on items prohibited or restricted in a train or train station:

In accordance with Railway Safety Management Regulations issued by the State Council as well as other state

laws, administrative regulations, and rules concerned, the items prohibited or restricted to take onboard a train or

to a train station are listed as follows in an effort to maintain public security and travel safety for all:

(1) Guns and bullets (key components included):

Guns for military use (pistols, rifles, submachine guns, machine guns, and riot guns) and their bullets (blank

bullet, combat bullet, test bullet, and instructor bullet) ; guns for civilian use (air gun, hunting gun, sport gun, and

anesthetic gun) and their bullets ; guns for other purposes(prop gun, imitation gun, starting gun, steel ball gun,

fire extinguisher gun); as well as the prototype or replica of the above-mentioned items.

For military personnel, armed police, public security officers, militia personnel, shooting athletes, and other

passengers who have to travel with guns and/or bullets, applicable laws and regulations of China shall be

followed. Relevant management rules such as keeping the guns and bullets separately shall be strictly observed.

(2) Explosives:

Bomb, flare, incendiary bomb, smoke bomb, signal bomb, tear bomb, gas bomb, hand grenade, and other

ammunitions; explosive, detonator, detonating fuse and cord, blasting agent, exploder, and other blasting

equipment; all kinds of firework and firecrackers, black powder, pyrotechnic powder, fuse and other pyrotechnic

products; as well as the replica of the above-mentioned items.

(3) Instruments:

other restricted singles- and double-edge knives; kitchen knife, table knife, butcher knife, axe and other restricted

sharp or blunt objects that may endanger the safety of other passengers; baton, tear gun (and other items alike),

taser (and other items alike), nail gun, items for self-defense, bow, crossbow and other items of similar nature.

(4) Inflammable and explosive items:

Hydrogen, methane, ethane, butane, natural gas, ethylene, propylene, acetylene (soluble in medium), carbon

monoxide, liquefied petroleum gas, Freon, oxygen (oxygen bags for medical purpose excluded), water gas and

other compressed and liquefied gas; gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, benzene, ethanol (alcohol), acetone, ether,

paints, thinners, turpentine oil and other liquid with flammable solvent or flammable liquid; red phosphorus,

flash powder, solid alcohol, celluloid, foaming agent H and other flammable solid; yellow phosphorus, white

phosphorus, nitrocellulose (film included), oil-paper and other spontaneously ignited items; metal potassium,

sodium, lithium, calcium carbide, magnesium aluminum powder and other water-reactive chemicals; potassium

permanganate, potassium chlorate, sodium peroxide, potassium peroxide, lead peroxide, peracetic acid, hydrogen

peroxide and other oxidants and organic peroxides.

(5) Hypertoxic, corrosive, radioactive, infectious, and dangerous items:

Highly toxic chemicals (cyanide, arsenic, selenium powder, and phenol alike) and farm chemical (tetramine,

raticide, and pesticide included); sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium

hydroxide, storage battery (with potassium hydroxide solid, acid or alkali liquid alike), mercury and other

corrosive items; radioisotopes and other radioactive materials; pathogens of hepatitis B virus, Bacillus anthracis,

Bacillus tuberculosis, HIV and other infectious diseases; other dangerous objects listed in the \"List of Dangerous

Goods for Railway Transport\" and those of unidentified nature that might be dangerous.

(6) Items that endanger railway safety or public health:

Strong magnetized objects that may undermine railway signal, items with strong and irritating smell, foulsmelling objects, live animals (guide dog excluded), objects that dampen public health, and those that damage

or pollute railway station, train facilities, equipment, parts or components.

(7) Only a limited amount of the following items is allowed: no more than 20ml of nail polish, declustering, and

hair dye; no more than 120ml of perm lotion, mousse, hair spray, pesticide, air freshener, and other pressing spray

bottles; two small boxes of safety matches, two lighters.

(8) Applicable Chinese laws, administrative regulations, and rules shall be followed in the handling of other

prohibited and restricted items.

(9) In case of violation, the relevant law and regulations of China shall be followed.
