膜片式:单向阀 DiaphragmCheckValve
膜片式单向阀采用磁性膜片式设计,金属和金属密封,应用于压缩机排气管路上,内部采用导向装置、自吸机构设计,从而使单向阀不受安装角度限制和反向压力大小的关系影响阀门的自动闭合。
The diaphragm check valve features a magnetic diaphragm design with metal-to-metal sealing. Itis usedin the dischargelines of compressors.Equipped withan internal guiding deviceand selfpriming mechanism,the check valve can close automaticallyregardlessofinstallationangle and back pressure.

特点/Feature
制冷剂进入到油分离器中,带有悬浮油颗粒的气态制冷剂与螺旋型钢刷相接触,并且沿气道旋转流动。油颗粒在离心力的作用下,被分离到筒形气道的筒壁上,同时螺旋型钢刷对油颗粒还具有吸咐分离作用,在这里被分离出来的油颗粒聚集成较大的油滴流入油分离器底部的油收集区。并通过此处安装的浮球式针阀将油返回到压缩机曲轴箱或储油器中

Refrigerant enters the oil separator,where gaseousrefrigerant carrying suspended oil particles comes into contact with the spiral steel brush and flows in a rotating manner along the air passage.Under the action of centrifugal force,oil particles are separated onto the wallof the cylindrical air passage.At the same time, the spiral steel brush also adsorbsand separates oil particles.The separated oil particles gather into largerdropletsand flow into the oil collection area at the bottom of the separator.The oil is then returned to the compressor crankcase or oil reservoir through the float-type needle valve installed here.

工作原理 Working Principle
从压缩机来的含有以悬浮微粒形式存在的油的制冷剂气体进入油分离器。气体与油的混合物沿着螺旋形的路线形成离心力,促使较重油粒与边缘的滤网发生碰撞。滤网起到分油与排放的双重作用。被分离出来的油通过挡板沿着筒壁流下,进入分离器的集油区,挡板的特殊设计将集油区隔离与防止油的飞溅。除油后的气体通过螺旋形行程的边缘边下面的管口排出,收集到的油通过被激活的浮球回油阀回到曲轴箱或储油器,由此完成油的分离。

在制冷系统中,制冷剂管路可分为高压与低压两部分,高压制冷剂的温度较高,需要冷凝器冷却,而经过蒸发器的低压制冷剂相对温度较低,需要气液分离器来分离气态与液态,液态的制冷剂则需要升高温度而蒸发,成为气态后才进入压缩机,避免液击,以延长压缩机的使用寿命

MD-QType Gas-Liquid Separator
功能制冷循环系统中,当制冷剂回到压缩机前必须完全气化。因此,在制冷剂进入压缩机前必须将气态和液态分离让气态制冷剂进入压缩机,才不会让压缩机受到液击,液态制冷剂在器体,为了使系统中残存冷冻剂回压缩机,在气液分离器中的U型回气底部设有油孔,会随气态制冷剂一起回到压缩机中。有了气液分离器的保护,压缩机的寿命才会更长久,系统循环才会更正常。
