Founder, Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Chen is one of the top nationally recognized

academicians in China and a pioneering technology

expert specialized in computer applications. He is a

member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Dr.

Chen has won a second prize of the National

Technology Invention Award, two second prizes of

the National Science and Technology Progress

Award, and six first prizes at provincial and

ministerial-level scientific and technological

achievements. He has been granted more than 65

patents for inventions. He guides the Company's

technological strategies, drives its innovation and

R&D efforts, and enhances its core technological

competitiveness.

Founder，Chairman

Dr. Li is a senior engineer and a recognized authority

on science and technology entrepreneurship, enlisted

as one of the top talents in China’s national program

“Ten Thousand Talents Program“ and an expert

database of the National Ministry of Science and

Technology. As a leading figure in the blockchain

industry, Dr. Li serves as a member on various

blockchain committees at the national level. He was

awarded several honors, including the 2022 Zhejiang

Private Economic and Technological Innovation New

Engine Figure, and the Top 10 Figurs in China's

Fintech Industry of 2023. He provides strategic

leadership and makes key decisions to drive the

QIU Weiwei

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Qiu is a senior engineer who worked as a postdoctoral researcher in computer science and

technology at Zhejiang University, with a main

research focus on blockchain and service computing.

As the CEO, Dr. Qiu led research programs on the

underlying technology of the Company's core product,

the consortium blockchain platform, Hyperchain,

including consensus algorithms, peer-to-peer network

communication, privacy protection, ledger storage,

and smart contract execution engines. She has

applied for more than 400 related patents and
