The XGN-12 Intelligent Solid Insulation Ring Main Unit is a complete power distribution device

configuration. This switchgear complies with standards such as IEC 298, GB 3906-2006, and GB 1984. Its
switches and key components are implemented as integrated modules, with the inter-phase conductive
parts encapsulated in solid insulation. The exposed surfaces of the insulating components can be coated
with a semiconductor shielding layer according to user requirements, enabling grounding to eliminate
electrostatic induction.
Therefore, its safety performance is significantly enhanced. The operating mechanism of the highvoltage circuit breaker employs either a spring tube mechanism or a permanent magnet mechanism, with a
mechanical service life of 10,000 cycles. All operational data and equipment status can be remotely
monitored and controlled, enabling fully unmanned operation; it represents an excellent distribution device

A solid-state cabinet is a fully sealed power supply unit in which all live components and switches are
completely enclosed within an epoxy resin housing containing no air; consequently, the entire switchgear
assembly is unaffected by external environmental conditions, ensuring reliable operation and personnel
safety, while also enabling maintenance-free operation. Solid-state cabinets are available in indoor and
outdoor configurations. The outdoor type is constructed by enclosing an indoor-type solid-state cabinet
within a metal enclosure to form a multi-circuit ring network power supply unit.
The solid-state cabinet is suitable for three-phase AC distribution systems rated at 12 kV and 50 Hz, and
is designed for ring network power supply or terminal power supply applications.
Solid-type switchgear can be installed in power distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises,
