ZZYM自力式压力调节阀 ZZYMSelf-OperatedPressureRegulatingValve
ZZYM系列调节阀采用外取压结构,能依靠介质自身压力变化达到自动调节和稳定压力的目的。该产品最大特点,能在无电、无气的场所工作,是一种节能产品。压力设定值可在运行中随意调整。常规产品采用快开流量特性,亦可采用线性、等百分比流量特性。动作灵敏,减压比一般情况下最大可达10,最小为1.25,广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、冶金、食品、轻纺、居民楼群等各种工业设备中清洁的气体、液体、蒸汽等介质,高压差 \triangle { { P } \ge 1 M { { p a } } } 和 { \bf D N } { <= } 1 0 0 以及 { \bf D N } > 1 0 0 工况下减压、稳压(用于控制阀后压力)的自动控制,调节精度优于ZZYN。
The ZZYM series ofregulating valves utilize an external pressure-taking structure,enabling automatic adjustment and pressure stabilization based on changes in the medium's own pressure.A prominent feature of this product is its ability tooperatein locations without electricityor pneumatic power,making itan energy-savingoption.The pressure setpointcanbeadjusted frely during operation.Standard products incorporateaquick-opening flowcharacteristic,with options for linearand equal percentage flow characteristics as well.The valves are responsive,witha pressure eduction ratio thattypicallyranges froma minimumof1.25 toamaximum of10.Theyare widelyused in various industrial equipment,includingtoseintepetroleum,hemical,power,metalurgical,food,textile,andrsidentialbuldingctors, for clean gases,liquids,steam,and other media.Theyare particularly suitable forautomatic controlof pressurereduction and stabilization (to control the downstream pressure)under conditions of high pressure diference ( \mathbf { \triangle P \ge 1 M p a ) } and pipe diameters of { D N } <= 1 0 0 as well as { D N } > 1 0 0 .The regulation accuracy of this series is superior to that of the ZZYN series.
