2.0注意事项
\blacktriangle 在户外安装时应避免阳光直射，一定要避免热力集中影响齿轮箱的正常性能。
\bullet 一定不能用高压清理设备清洁齿轮箱。
\bullet 对齿轮箱进行检修、保养、维护、安装都必须在齿轮箱不工作的情况下进行。
\bullet 在齿轮箱上不得进行焊接工作，也不得用作焊接工作的接地点。焊接会造成精密轮齿和轴承不可修复的损坏。
\bullet 如果在齿轮箱的运行过程中发现了任何异常现象（例如过热或者不正常的噪声等），应立即关断驱动装置。
2.0Precautions
\bullet When installingoutdoors,direct sunlight should beavoided,and heat concentrationmustbeavoided to affect the normal performance of the gearbox.
\blacktriangle High pressure cleaningequipment mustnotbeusedto clean the gearbox.
\bullet The inspection,maintenance, upkeep,andinstallationofthe gearboxmustbecarriedoutwhen the gearbox is not working.
\bullet Weldingwork is not allowed on the gearbox,nor canitbeused as a groundingpointforweldingwork.
\bullet Weldingcancauseirreparable damagetoprecision gearteethand bearings.Ifanyabnormal phenomenaare found during the operation of the gearbox(such as overheating or abnormal noise,etc.), thedrivedeviceshouldbe immediatelyturnedoff.
\blacktriangle 凡是旋转的零部件必须配备合适的防护罩以防止人员的意外接触，例如联轴器、液力耦合器、齿轮、皮带轮等。
\blacktriangle 一定要遵守齿轮箱上所附加的说明，例如铭牌、指示方向的箭头等。这些铭牌和标记上面不得有灰尘和油漆。
\blacktriangle 在组装或者拆卸工作中损坏了的螺栓一定要用等强度和类型的新螺栓更换。
\blacktriangle 本公司对不合理使用联轴器、私自对齿轮箱进行修改，以及使用非本公司零部件的情况，所造成的不良后果不在"三包"服务之内。
\blacktriangle 根据齿轮箱的操作条件，齿轮箱的表面、润滑油和零部件可能会达到相当高的温度，小心烫伤。
\blacktriangle 当更换润滑油的时候，要谨慎小心，不要被热油烫伤。
齿轮箱应该放置在无振动的干燥木制基座上并遮盖好。当储存齿轮箱和任何单独零部件的时候一定要做好防锈措施，以免生锈，储存时不得将齿轮箱叠放在一起。

\bullet The adverse consequences causedbytheunreasonableuse of couplings,unauthorized modifications to gearboxes,and the use of non company componentsare not covered by the "three guarantees" service provided by our company.
\bullet According to the operating conditions of the gearbox, the surface,lubricatingoil,and components of the gearbox may reachaconsiderablehigh temperature,becarefulofburns.
\bullet When changing lubricating oil, be careful not to get burned by hot oil.The gearboxshouldbe placed onadrywoodenbasewithout vibrationandcovered.When storing gearboxes and any individual components,rust preventionmeasuresmust be taken to prevent rusting,and gearboxes should notbe stacked together during storage.
\blacktriangle 除订货合同中另外有所规定，否则齿轮箱不得储存或工作在强酸、强碱、低温、高温和重度的空气污染、潮湿以及具有化学物品的场所。
\blacktriangle 在搬运齿轮箱时，一定要特别小心，防止轴端被撞击，因为这样将有可能造成齿轮箱的损坏。在吊运齿轮箱时，不得将吊环螺钉安装在轴端处的螺纹上。
\blacktriangle Unless otherwise specified in thepurchase contract, the gearbox shall notbe stored or operated in places with strong acid,strongalkali,low temperature,hightemperature, severeairpollution,humidity,or chemicalsubstances. \blacktriangle When handling the gearbox, special care mustbe taken to prevent the shaft end from being hit,as thismaycausedamageto the gearbox.When lifting the gearbox,do not installthe lifting ringscrews onthe threadsat the shaft end.
3.0安装与拆卸
安装前的注意事项：
\bullet 确认齿轮箱完好无损（在运输或储存过程中未损坏）。
\blacktriangle 确认现场环境条件与铭牌内容相符
\bullet 标准齿轮箱使用环境温度为
- 2 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ~ + 5 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ；无油、酸、有害气体、蒸汽、放射性物质等。
\bullet 若齿轮箱储存时间在一年以上，轴承内的润滑剂的使用寿命将缩短。
3.0 Installation and Disassembly
Precautions before installation: \bullet Confirm that the gearboxis
intactandundamaged(not
damaged during transportation or storage).
\bullet Confirm that the on-site
environmentalconditionsmatch the contenton thenameplate
\bullet Thestandard gearboxoperates inanenvironment temperature range of - 2 0 { ~ degree C } 1 0 + 5 0 ^ { \circ } C ; No oil, acid,harmful gases,steam,
radioactive substances,etc.
\bullet If the gearboxisstored for more than one year,the service life of the lubricant in the bearingswill beshortened.

准备工作：
\blacktriangle 彻底清除输出输入轴和法兰面的防腐剂、污物等；注意不要让溶剂浸入并损坏油封。
\blacktriangle 若齿轮箱储存时间在一年以上，轴承内的润滑剂的使用寿命将缩短。
\blacktriangle 工具、材料的准备：一组扳手、扭矩扳手、装配夹具、输入和输出紧固装置、润滑剂（防锈油）、密封螺栓的介质（螺纹锁固剂）。

Preparation:

\bullet If the gearbox is stored formore than one year,the service life of the lubricant in the bearingswill beshortened.
\blacktriangle Preparation of toolsand materials:
a set of wrenches,torque wrenches,assembly fixtures, input and output fastening devices,lubricants (rust proof oil),and sealingboltmedia (thread lockingagent).
\blacktriangle 使用合适升降装置利用轴端螺纹孔，压入连接件，严禁直接使用锤子敲击。
根据各种不同安装形式还需注意：
According to various installation forms,attention shouldalso bepaid to:
\bullet When installing the base type, the center height should be calibrated,and when connecting the coupling,the coaxiality of the two shafts should be calibrated; When using flexible couplings, the floating amount should not exceed the allowable range of the coupling, and when using rigid couplings, the form and position tolerances of each installation connection should be ensured; The long axis connection also needs to consider the sufficient stiffness of the axis. \bullet When installing the flange,the convex shoulder(orconcave shoulder) should be well matched to avoid misalignment.When installing with flanges and connecting with hollow shafts, special attention should be paid to ensuring the shape and position tolerances of the connection. \bullet When installing pulleys or sprockets on the input and output shafts of the gearbox, the force transmission part of the pulleys or sprockets must be as close to the shaft shoulder as possible. \bullet Use a suitable lifting device to use the threaded hole on the shaft end and press in the connecting piece.It is strictly prohibited to directlyusea hammer to strike. \bullet When installing pulleys or sprockets,ensure that the input shaft and drive device are precisely aligned.
\blacktriangle 齿轮箱的输入轴和输出轴加装皮带轮或链轮时，必须使皮带轮或者链轮传力部位尽量靠近轴肩。
\blacktriangle 底座式安装时应校准中心高，联轴器联接时应校准两轴的同轴度；柔性联轴器时浮动量不超过联轴器的允许范围，刚性联轴器时保证各安装联接的形位公差；长轴联接还要考虑轴的足够刚度。
\blacktriangle 皮带轮或链轮安装时，应保证输入轴和驱动装置精密对中。
\blacktriangle 法兰安装时，凸肩（或凹肩）应配合良好，以免错位。法兰式安装并配空心轴联接时，特别应保证联接的形位公差。
\blacktriangle 皮带轮或链轮安装时，应保证皮带和链条有一定的张力。
联轴器的安装：
\blacktriangle 齿轮箱的输入端的驱动装置应该采用联轴器或者液力耦合器。
\blacktriangle 当齿轮箱的输出轴是实心轴的时候，同样也应该使用弹性联轴器。\blacktriangle 如果要使用刚性联轴器或其他会产生额外的径向力或轴向力的输入和输出零部件的话（例如齿轮、皮带轮、飞轮、液力耦合器等），都应该在合同中注明。
\blacktriangle 输入轴与驱动轴安装联接时，必须保证输入轴和驱动轴同轴心。同轴度误差大会增加机械振动，导致轴承过早损坏并且影响齿轮接触。输入轴与驱动轴通过联轴器安装后，必须用表找正，满足《同轴度精度表》要求后，设备方可运行。
\blacktriangle When installing pulleys or sprockets,ensure that thebeltand chain haveacertain tension.
Installation of couplings: \bullet The driving device at the input end of the gearbox should use a coupling or hydraulic coupling. \blacktriangle When the output shaft of the gearboxisa solid shaft,an elastic coupling should also be used. \blacktriangle If rigid couplings or other input and output components that generateadditional radial oraxial forces (such as gears,pulleys, flywheels,hydraulic couplings, etc.)are to be used,they should be specified in the contract. \blacktriangle When installing and connecting the input shaft and the drive shaft, it is necessary to ensure that the input shaft and the drive shaft are coaxial. Coaxiality errors can increase mechanical vibration, leading to premature bearing damageandaffecting gear contact.After the input shaft and drive shaft are installed through a coupling,they mustbe aligned with a gauge to meet the requirements of the Coaxiality Accuracy Table before the equipment can operate.
说明：当联轴器外径的圆周速度在30m/s及以下时，一定要进行静平衡。当外圆圆周速度超过30m/s时就要进行动平衡。
Explanation:When the circumferential velocity ofthe outerdiameterof thecouplingis 3 0 \mathsf { m } / \mathsf { s } orless,static balancing mustbe performed.When the outer circumference velocity exceeds 3 0 \mathsf { m } / \mathsf { s } ,dynamic balancingis required.
锁紧盘的安装与拆卸：
Installationanddisassemblyof locking plate:
\blacktriangle When the hollow shaft of the gearboxisequippedwitha lockingplate, the locking plate shouldbefirstfittedontothe hollowshaft,and then the installationofthedriveshaftof the driven equipment should be completedaccordingtotheabove method.Do not tighten the fastening bolts on the locking platebefore installing thedrive shaft of the driven equipment. The locking plate supplied can be directly installed and must not be disassembled before being subjected to force for the first time.
\blacktriangle 当齿轮箱空心轴配置锁紧盘时，应先在空心轴上套上锁紧盘，再按按上述方法完成被驱动设备的驱动轴的安装，在安装被驱动设备的驱动轴之前不要拧紧锁紧盘上的紧固螺栓。
所供货的锁紧盘是可直接安装的，在首次受力之前一定不能拆卸下来。
安装锁紧盘前，要确保空心轴孔和被驱动设备的驱动轴在锁紧盘区域不能有润滑油。
Before installing the locking plate,ensurethat thereisno lubricatingoilintheareaof the lockingplatebetweenthehollow shafthole andthe drive shaftof thedriven equipment.
\blacktriangle 拧紧锁紧盘上的螺栓时，严禁按相邻顺序逐个拧紧，应按锁紧盘安装要求，按等边三角形顺序逐次拧紧紧固螺栓，每次循环拧紧过程中，每个螺栓只能拧紧螺丝的1/4圈。
\blacktriangle 安装螺栓强度等级不低于8.8级，如果有高温或者振动冲击等情况，请在螺纹连接处做好防松措施。各个紧固螺栓的拧紧扭矩见下表：
\bullet When tightening the bolts on the lockingplate,it is strictly prohibited to tighten them one by oneinadjacent order.Thebolts should be tightened in an equilateraltriangularorder accordingtotheinstallation requirements of the lockingplate. During each tightening cycle, eachbolt can onlybe tightened by 1/4 turn of the screw.
\bullet The strength grade of the installationboltsshouldnotbe lower than8.8.If there are high temperaturesorvibration impacts,pleasetakeanti loosening measures at the threadedconnection.The tighteningtorque ofeach fastening boltis shown in the following table:

\blacktriangle 配置了锁紧盘的齿轮箱空心轴拆卸时，锁紧盘松开的过程与紧固的方向相反，拆掉锁紧盘后再按上述方法完成被驱动设备驱动轴的拆卸。
拆卸锁紧盘时应注意：
拆卸时严禁按照相邻的顺序松开螺栓。
锁紧盘外环与内环不能分离时，可将几个螺栓拧入拆卸螺丝，将内环和外环分开。
扭力臂的安装：
\blacktriangle 所有安装在轴上的齿轮箱，必须吸收由设备力矩产生的作用在箱体上方向相反的反力矩。
4.0润滑、冷却、加热
润滑
润滑油的选择：
\blacktriangle 在相同粘度等级和类型的前提下，您可以自由地选择国际知名品牌的润滑油。如需改变推荐的粘度等级，敬请垂询。
\blacktriangle When disassembling the hollow shaft of the gearbox equipped with alockingplate,the process of
loosening the locking plate is
opposite to the direction of
tightening.After removing the
lockingplate,complete the
disassemblyofthedriven
equipment drive shaft according to theabovemethod.
When disassembling the locking plate,attention should be paid to: \bf { \sigma } \to \biggr | \updownarrow isstrictlyprohibited to loosen bolts in adjacent order during
disassembly.
→When the outerandinner rings of the locking plate cannotbe
separated,severalboltscan be
screwed into the disassembly
screwstoseparatetheinnerand outer rings.
Installation of torsion arm:
Allgearboxesinstalledontheshaft must absorb the reverse torque
generated by the equipment torque acting on the box in the opposite direction. 4.0 Lubrication,Cooling,and

Lubrication
Selection of lubricating oil:
\bullet Under the premise of the same viscosity grade and type,you can freelychoose lubricantsfrom
internationallyrenownedbrands. If youneed to change the
recommended viscositygrade, please inquire.

\blacktriangle 本注油量为建议值。根据齿轮箱级数和速比的不同，相应加油量也不同。请注意油窗中线作为加油量多少的指示。
冷却
根据工况条件，齿轮箱可配备油-水冷却器或油-气冷却器，所需要的冷却水需要由用户提供。
为确保最佳冷却性能，必须符合冷却装置规定的液体流动方向。冷却水进口和出口不得颠倒。冷却水压力不得超过8bar。
如果齿轮箱在较长一段时间内停止运行，或者存在冷却水冻结的可能，则必须将冷却水排放。可利用压缩空气将残留在冷却器内的水吹出。
加热
对标准齿轮箱：使用环境 - 2 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ~ + 5 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ，当环境温度低于 - 1 0 ^ { \circ } C 时需要预热或空载启动，当齿轮箱温度高于- 1 0 ^ { \circ } C 时允许加载运行。
The oil injection amount is the

added also varies.Please note that the centerline of the fuel
windowservesasan indicatorof the amount of fuel
added.coolingAccordingto the operating conditions,the gearbox can be equipped with an oil-watei cooler or an oil-gas cooler,and the required cooling water needs to be provided by the user.To
ensure optimal cooling
performance,itis necessary to comply with the liquid flow
direction specified by the cooling device.The inletand outletof
cooling water must not be
reversed.The cooling water
pressure shall not exceed 8 bar.If the gearbox stops running fora long period of time or there is a possibility of coolingwater
freezing,the cooling water must be discharged.Compressed air can be used to blow out the water remaining in the
cooler.heatingForstandard
gearboxes: the operating
environment is - 2 0 { ~ degree C } 1 1 0 + 5 0 ^ { \circ } C When the ambient temperature is below - 1 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ,preheating or noload starting is required.When thegearboxtemperatureisabove - 1 0 { ~ degree C } ,loading operation is
allowed.
5.0使用
Lubricatingoiladdition
\blacktriangle 本公司产品一般都未带润滑油出厂，在设备运行前请先按使用说明书加注润滑油。
在注油孔的位置将通气帽拧出，给齿轮箱加入润滑油。
设备检查：
\blacktriangle 检查油面高度，润滑油冷却或者供油系统管路的密封性。
\blacktriangle 检查冷却装置，截止阀的开启状态。
\blacktriangle 配备了止回装置的齿轮箱，检擦电机接线是否正确。
\blacktriangle 检查油封是否有效。
\blacktriangle 检查旋转的零部件是否与其他零件接触。
5.0 Usage润滑油添加：
\bullet Ourcompany'sproducts generally donotcomewith lubricatingoilbeforeleavingthe factory.Pleaseaddlubricatingoil accordingto theusermanual before operating the equipment. Unscrew theventilation cap at the oil injectionholeandadd lubricating oil to the gearbox.
Equipmentinspection
\bullet Checkthe oilleveland the sealing of the lubricating oil cooling oroil supplysystempipelines. \bullet Check the opening status of the cooling device and shut-off valve. \bullet For gearboxes equipped with checkdevices,checkif themotor wiringiscorrect. \bullet Checkif the oil sealis effective. \bullet Check if the rotating components are in contact with other parts.
启动：
\blacktriangle 配置了电机油泵的齿轮箱应保证在设备启动前首先开启油泵电机。\bullet 检查自由状态下转动方向是否正确（同时监听轴转动时是否有异常研磨噪声）。
\blacktriangle 运行检查时要保证轴上没有输出元件，同时开启相关的监测和保护设备。
Start-up
\bullet The gearbox equipped with a
motor oil pump should ensure that the oil pump motor is turned on first before starting the equipment.
\bullet Check if the rotation direction is correctin the free state (while
monitoring if there isanyabnormal grinding noise when the shaft
rotates).
\bullet During the operation inspection, itisnecessary to ensure that there areno output components on the shaft,andtoturnontherelevant monitoringand protection
equipment.
\blacktriangle 无论什么时候，只要怀疑出现了不正常的运行现象（例如温升、噪声、振动等异常）应立即关掉电机，并查明原因。
6.0检查与维护
定期检查与维护
\blacktriangle 用户要定期对齿轮箱进行维护和保养，要定期检查润滑油的使用状态，定期清理通气帽、风扇、冷却盘管和齿轮箱表面灰尘和异物，保持齿轮箱清洁，保证齿轮箱的正常运行。
\blacktriangle Whenever there is suspicion of abnormaloperation(suchas temperaturerise,noise,vibration, etc.), the motor should be immediatelyturnedoffandthe causeidentified.

检查与维护的注意事项\blacktriangle 切断电源，防止触电，等待齿轮箱冷却。
\blacktriangle 油位的检查：油位必须在油镜的中间位置。
\blacktriangle 油的检查：移去油塞，取油样，检查油的粘度指数，如果油明显浑浊，建议尽快更换。
\blacktriangle 油的更换：
不同的润滑剂禁止相互混合使 用。

在油塞下面放一个接油盘，拆下 油塞、通气帽，将油全部排除后装 上油塞。
注入同牌号的新油，油量应与安 装方位一致。

increase,making itdifficult to drain the oil.When changing the oil, the gearbox should be kept
warm.Place an oil pan under the oil plug,remove the oil plug and vent cap,drain all the oil,and then
install the oil plug.Inject new oil of the same brand,and the amountof oil should be consistent with the installation direction.Checktheoil level at the oil mirror and install the vent cap.
