双金属单机筒就是在机筒内壁浇铸一层2-5mm的耐磨耐腐蚀、耐高温的合金，其有效使用寿命比普通氮化机筒大大提高，对于加工工程塑料、氟塑料、聚砜、

PPO特殊类型的塑料等，双金属的优越性尤为明显。

本公司生产的双金属单螺杆，采用特殊合金粉末在螺杆螺棱部分喷焊合金，可以针对不同功用的螺杆，采用不同的合金和喷焊方式。

The bimetallic barrel for single screw extruder is a kind of barrel spray 2-5mm thick alloy coat on the barrel inner wall which has excellent corrosion

resistance, abrasion resistance and high working temperature. And its useful service life is greatly improved contrast to common nitrided barrel. Bimetal has

more obvious advantages when processing special plastics to enhance the abrasion life, such as engineering plastics, fluoride plastics, PPO etc.

Our company use special alloy powders being sprayed and welded on the top of screw flights, and use different alloys and welding methods for the screw of

different functions.

滤系统及管路系统采用导热油整体循环加热，保证了物料所受温度的均匀性，造粒机头采用板式结构，流道内部采用先进的加

工工艺，物料流速均匀，整套管路外围包裹稀土，保温节能效果好。

辅机可采用拉条切粒和水下切粒两种，配置了高扭矩，高耐磨的切粒机和三层式振动筛，能去除不规则颗粒和粉尘。

The production line uses a special screw extruder for PET bottle flakes, with a coarse filter measuring head, equipped with a precision melt pump and a vertical

cylinder double filter chamber, a high-mesh filter element, and the filter system and the pipeline system use heat conduction oil to circulate as a whole Heating

ensures the uniformity of the temperature of the material. The pelletizing head adopts a plate structure, and the flow channel adopts advanced processing

technology. The flow rate of the material is uniform. The entire pipeline is wrapped with rare earths, and the effect of heat preservation and energy saving is

good.

The auxiliary machine can adopt two kinds of strand cutting and underwater cutting. It is equipped with a high-torque, high-wear-resistant granulator and a

three-layer vibrating screen, which can remove irregular particles and dust.

The advantages of the FJ series PET 3A single-screw bottle flake pelletizing production line are stable extrusion, less melt viscosity degradation, uniform

particles, high strength, good transparency, no yellowing, and can be directly used for spinning and injection blowing of preforms.
