LUXECASTING? 4S-H replace two steel wire braiding hose

Patented Products

Light steel wire spiral hydraulic hose produce -developed automatic tension control steel wire spiral machine. Use 2 or 4layers of wire spiral structure to replace the traditional structure, eliminates the interlacing point of steel wire, the advantages of this new type hydraulic hose:

1.High performance of impulse frequency, because there is no interlacing point of steel wire, it can be reach more than 1 million times.(is 2-3 times of traditional steel wire braid hydraulichose).

2.Super flexible, light weight ,resistance to bending.(size,weight is the same as traditional steel wire braid hydraulic hose ,the bending radius is 1/2 of the traditional steel wire spiral structure hydraulic hose,2/3 of traditional steel wire braid hydraulic hose.)

3.Stable fitting. The fitting will be stable after crimping, no leakage. The working life is
2-3 times of braid hose.

Tube:heat and oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement:4 high tensile steel wire spiral.
Cover: abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber.
Application: replace 2SN.2SC.R16.R17 two wire braid hose. Specifically for the complex hydraulic conditions with high working pressure, impulse and bending frequently, which used 2 wire braided hose can not reach requirements, used 4 spiral hose because of the influence of installation with bad flexibility, cause leakage after crimping.
Temperature range: -40°C to +121°C
Impulse tested up to: 400,000 cycles

Technical information:

1.The most frequent causes of damage and failure of hose is incorrect hose arrangement and assembling

·The leakage of the fitting is caused by the tighten too loose or too tight;
·Hose connection must consider the length compensation;
·Hose straight installed must leave 5% for space;
·Hose twisted 30 degrees can reduce the service 90% life of hose;
·Friction between hose and hose can caused hose blasting;
·Hose bending radius reduced 20% ,can reduce 90% life of the hose;
·High temperature can reducing hose pressure capacity, fitting leakage, fatigue life shortening.
