空窑车位于等待位置，步进定位机传感器直接或间接检测到窑车，卡指动力源驱动卡指动作，卡往窑车的一部分，爬车动力源在指令下通过爬车拉动窑车驶向第一个码坏位置，并依次在多个码坏位置往复移动和停留

工作原理

在主料（土料）输送机端头或输送皮带下安装计量秤，随时监测土料流量，流量信号传送到微电脑控制器，控制器按照预先设置的比例和土料流量计算出辅料（或水）的用量，控制配料机（配水机），将配料添加到皮带上或搅拌机里。即土料来的多，辅料加的多，土料来的少，辅料加的少。
