Electric Control Positive Flow System

Rigorous Test and Experiment

Each wood grabber should undergo factory inspection and testing before leaving the

factory. The purpose of these inspections and tests is to ensure that the quality of the

wood grabbing machine meets the prescribed standards and requirements, in order

to ensure its safety and reliability.

The newly developed F-generation cab has a novel appearance, and the overall

layout conforms to ergonomics, improving the visual experience, providing more

storage space, and making the man-machine interaction more comfortable.New

interior design, air duct and air outlet design, increased storage space; Improved and

upgraded seats for higher comfort.

Robust Chassis (Extensional)

The slewing platform adopts a heavy-duty structure, which reduces stress by more

than 40%. The platform architecture is upgraded, increasing the installation spacing

of the main beam and movable arm, and greatly improving the bearing capacity.

Ergonomic Design

The proportional joystick delivers sensitivity, accuracy and smoothness in operation.

This joystick is specially designed to meet different operating conditions. Intelligent

control system is standard which could control diverse attachments such as bucket.

Reinforced Working Device

Adopts high-strength rock bucket teeth which is special suitable for the tough

applications, the boom and arm are reinforced to prolong the service life. Selflubrication shaft sleeve is used to make every linkage works smoothly with high

durability.

Low Noise and Low Vibration

In order to reduce work fatigue and improve productivity, the noise inside of cab has

been controlled to the lowest level. The cab is attached to the frame with buffer that

dampens vibrations and sound levels to enhance operator comfort.
