当施設は非接触・非対面・無人チェックイン形式を導入しております。予約者ご自身で暗証番号を入力してキーボックス中の鍵を受け取ってからの入室でお願いしております。登録情報と身分証明確認後、キーボックスの暗証番号はチェックイン当日16 時にお送りします。（未提出の方は下記URL をアクセスし登録フォームにご記入）
We have a non-meeting self-check-in format. Your room key is placed in the key box next to the front door, and you can take out the key by yourself with the code. Before the key code is sent to you, you are required by Japanese law to register for your stay on the Internet by opening the URL below and filling out and submitting your information.After confirming your registration information and passport, the key code will be sent to you at 16:00 on the day of check-in.
本店采用非见面自助式入住形式。您的房门钥匙放在大门旁边的钥匙盒里，客人凭密码自行取出钥匙。发给您钥匙盒密码之前，依据日本法律规定，入住者需要提前办完网上住宿登记《打开下面的URL，并填写和提交住宿者信息》。

鍵返却時のお願い Request when returning the key 如何返还钥匙扣鍵の返却もセルフサービスでお願いします。 F° アを施錠してから鍵をキーボックスに戻し、暗証番号がスクランブルされてキーボックスが施錠されたことを確認してください。Key return is also self-service. Lock the door first, then put the key back into the key box, andconfirm that the code key has been scrambled and the code box has been locked.归还钥匙也是自助式。先锁上大门，再将钥匙放回钥匙箱，并确认已经打乱密码键和已经锁好密码箱。

☒室内禁煙．室内BBQ 禁止（室外はOK）です。
☒ペット入室禁止です。 ☒寝具汚れを防ぎ、寝室での飲食を禁止です。

☒21 時以降お静かにしてください。
☒チャックインは16 時から；チャックアウトは11 時まで。繫忙期には早めのチ {+} ックインと遅めのチ + ックアウトは対応不可でございます。
☒室内禁烟，室内禁止烧烤（请去院子抽烟，烧烤） ☒禁止宠物进入室内
☒为防止弄脏寝具，禁止在卧室或床上饮食<发现以上违规行为将被追加相关处理费用>☒防止邻居投诉，请晚九点以后请保持安静
☒16 点开始入住，11 点为止退房。繁忙期不能提早入住或延迟退房。

#自炊後 鍋皿等キッチン用品の洗い，掃除を利用様でお願いしております。掃除ない場合、台所掃除料金5 千円を追加で徴収致します。
After cooking over a fire, please wash pots and pans by yourself and put them in the sink. Failureto do so will result in an additional kitchen cleaning fee of 5,000 yen.
謝謝您尊重“原狀恢復”和高清潔度的本地習俗。客房常規保潔費未包括烹飪油污清潔。因此，使用炒菜，油炸及火鍋後，請自行把牆壁，爐灶餐具上的油污清洗乾淨。未處理或有油污殘留時，將追加5 千元起不等的特殊油污清潔費。

施設内の電気製品はすべて従来品ですので、使い方がわからない場合は、ご自身でネットで操作方法を調べるか、施設内にある取扱説明書をお読み下さい（説明書がない時もあります）。家電製品操作パネルの文字がわからない場合は、携帯電話の写真翻訳ソフトで翻訳して下さい。当施設では、電気製品の使用方法を遠隔指導することはできません。
The electrical appliances in the facility are all conventional products, so if you do not know how to use them, please look up how to operate them on the Internet or read the paper manuals in the facility (some appliances do not have manuals). If you do not understand the text on the operation panel of the appliance, please use your cell phone's photo translation software to translate the text. Calling the Fire Department 消防車を呼ぶとき(火事を見るとき）
1.Stay calm. Dial 119. This is also the number for calling an ambulance. When answering the phone, the operator will ask: "is there a fire, or do you need an ambulance?" (kaji desu ka? kyūkyū desu ka?). As calmly as you can, tell the operator the following:
There is a fire (kaji desu).
Your name and location. Give them the names of any nearby stores or landmarks.
Give details about what is on fire.
2.Yell "Kaji da! Dare ka kite!" (Fire! Somebody help!) in order to inform your neighbors of the fire.
3.Try to put out the fire using a fire extinguisher (消火器 shōkaki), water, or towels, pillows, and blankets soaked in water.
4.If the fire spreads to the roof, it is too dangerous to try to put the fire out yourself. To try to limit the damage, shut any doors or windows you can and evacuate to a safe location.
5.When you hear the sirens, go out to meet the fire fighters and lead them to your location.
Calling an Ambulance 救急車を呼ぶとき
1.Stay calm. Dial 119.This is the emergency number for the fire department. When answering the phone, the operator will ask: "is there a fire or do you need an ambulance?" (kaji desu ka? kyūkyū desu ka?). As calmly as you can, tell the operator the following:
Your name, the address of where you are, and any nearby landmarks.
Details of the illness or injury.
2.While waiting for the ambulance, try to give first aid assistance to the injured party.
3.Prepare the person’s insurance card (健康保険証 kenkō hokenshō) or patient’s registration card (診察券 shinsatsuken) if you can.
※Ambulances are free of charge, but can only be used in cases of serious sickness or injury. Any other time you should travel to the hospital in a private car or taxi.
