经本机涂装的漆膜，平整光滑、饱满度好、无色差。
涂布轮、均布轮、输送三部分由三组各自独立的控制机构控制，控制机构由电机、减速机、变频器构成，因此精密度高，稳定性好，调节更灵活。
设备关键部位使用的零部件是根据使用要求，自行设计模具并铸造成型的。如，辊轮的轴承座采用分体铸件，使换装辊轮方便快捷。
可选配人机界面、精密自动升降等自动化配置。
使用本机进行油漆涂装可实现自动化生产，提高生产效率，节省人工成本。

工作原理Workingprinciple
涂料经专业油泵从储油桶抽至淋幕头腔内，在涂料充满淋幕头内腔后产生压力，涂料从峡窄的淋幕刀口均匀落下，形成均匀的薄幕。平面板材通过输送带输送，从薄幕下匀速通过，其表面就覆盖上均匀的涂层。
