2022年在安徽马鞍山国家高新技术开发区新建安徽腾达挤出智能装备有限公司，以现代智能化工厂的标准，建设面积20000多平方米的厂房和研发楼。

2025年安徽腾达挤出智能装备有限公司正式投入生产运营，同年公司推出18N·m/cm³超高比扭矩双螺杆挤出机。

Nanjing Tengda Machinery Co., Ltd.—Founded in 2009, the company covers an area of more than 30 mu, with a building area of over 20,000 square meters. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of complete sets of plastic processing equipment. We have an experienced R&D team in the industry, dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of products with twin-screw extruders as the core. A complete industrial chain has been established in R&D, design, manufacturing, application and other aspects.

In 2013, we jointly established a Twin-Screw Technology R&D Division with the Automation Research Institute of China South Industries Group Corporation, introducing its cutting-edge technologies into our civil products to maximize the advantages of military technologies.

In 2020, the Nanjing Engineering Research Center for Starch Degradable Plastic Molding Equipment was established with the accreditation of the Nanjing Development and Reform Commission.

In 2022, Anhui Tengda Extrusion Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was newly built in the National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Ma'anshan, Anhui Province. In accordance with the standards of modern intelligent factories, a workshop and R&D building with an area of more than 20,000 square meters were constructed.

In 2025, Anhui Tengda Extrusion Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially put into production and operation. In the same year, the company launched a twin-screw extruder with an ultra-high specific torque of 18 N·m/cm³.

Two-stage (Twin-screw/Single-screw) Compounding/Pelletizing Extruder System Characteristics
