Eaton has been engaging in circuit

Nowadays, the green world has strict
requirements on medium voltage
power switching. Lowered resistance
system configuration has imposed
stricter requirements on current
continuity and breaking capacity. The
requirements on compactness and
cooling are getting higher and higher.
The most ideal solution is a medium
voltage circuit breaker that is
environment friendly and capable to
switch on/off large currents reliably,
and does not need unreliable cooling
or forced air cooling.

Eaton had been engaging in vacuum
interrupter R&D in the 1920s and
developing commercial vacuum
circuit breakers in the 1960s. So far, it
has accumulated more than 70 years
of experience in the design and
manufacture of circuit breakers and
switch cabinets.
E-VAC vacuum circuit breaker, which was elaborately designed and
manufactured by Eaton Electric Group, is an indoor medium voltage vacuum
circuit breaker employing encapsulation insulation. The product complies with
the national standard GB/T 1984 and international standard IEC 62271-100,
and is the best choice for control and protection of medium voltage
transmission and distribution systems. Eaton provides floor mounted
draw-out type and fixed type circuit breakers to meet varied needs of
customers. Having passed high-altitude tests, those products are suitable for
use in high-altitude areas.

than -15℃
(If the temperature exceeds this limit, please contact Eaton Company.);
• The altitude shall not be higher than 1,000m; If the altitude exceeds
1,000m please contact Eaton Company.
• The average relative humidity of the air shall not be greater than 95%;
the monthly average humidity shall not be higher than 90%; the
average saturated vapor pressure shall not be greater than
2.2×10-3MPa; and the monthly average vapor pressure shall not be
greater than 1.8×10-3MPa; It’s required to prevent condensation in
high-humidity environments.

The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is a spring energy storage
mechanism with excellent performance, which is compact. It is equipped
with manual energy storage device and electric energy storage device, which
can realize the automatic reclosing function.
The circuit breaker is equipped with manual opening and closing operation
button, circuit breaker opening and closing position indicator, spring
mechanism energy storage status indicator,
switch operation times counter, shunt release, position auxiliary switch,
energy storage motor, shunt release, anti-pumping relay.
