冷站设计“一体化”。系统包含了冷却
塔和冷凝水泵,节省了冷凝泵、水处
理、冷凝水管等额外辅助设备的初投
资和运营成本,并节省了较大的制冷
机房的安装空间。这些空间可出租,
为业主创造了额外的租金收入。
“一体化”设计
降膜式蒸发冷凝器
• 高传热效率、低压降和无秤表面,确保长期耐用性。
• 由无氧铜管制成的冷凝管与气流方向平行排列。此外,其
防腐特性通过简单的非化学清洁降低了维护成本。一个简
单的硬刷可以用来清洁管表面。
• 蒸发式空气冷却冷凝器设计可将传热效率提高 10%,并可
减少冷凝器管上的结垢形成。在冬季条件下,冷凝器管可
作为排放空气的再加热元件,有助于减少“白烟”排放。

无氧铜管 (OFC Tube)
• 蚁巢腐蚀是铜管内发生的腐蚀之一
• DHP-Cu(脱氧高磷铜)一般用作换热器的材料,蚁巢腐蚀频发。
• 根据少数实验结果,DHP-Cu 的腐蚀速率与 OFC(无氧铜)的腐蚀速率不同。
在实验报告中,发现OFC的腐蚀速度比DHP-Cu慢。 这种差异的原因可以解释如下:
对腐蚀的 DHP-Cu 横截面的电子探针显微分析显示 P(磷)被氧化。 由于氧化的P,
即磷酸盐产生H+(例如P+4H2O > H2PO4- + 6H+ + 5e-),DHP-Cu腐蚀孔中的
pH值很容易下降。 众所周知,蚁巢腐蚀会在破损的氧化膜(氧化亚铜)周围发展。
如果 pH 值下降,则会促进氧化亚铜的溶解,从而增加腐蚀速率。 基于上述机理,
OFC 的蚁巢腐蚀速率被认为比 DHP-Cu 慢,因为前者的 pH 值难以下降。

GLHV-X 系列采用全变频设计,水温控制精度更高,温度波
动小,自动判断机组实际运行模式,将水温精准控制到
±0.5℃,完全满足对于温湿度要求严苛的应用场所需求。

机组采用单机双系统全变频设计,集全变频压缩机、以及频驱
动于一身,实现真正的无级调节,同时监控冷水水温并动态调
整机组运行模式,实时调节冷量需求,完美匹配客户对冷量的

unit such as corrosion or blockage. For projects whose water quality does not meet the requirements of relevant
national standards, it is recommended that users install secondary heat exchange or perform corresponding water
treatment. If the water quality does not meet the above requirements, the company is not responsible for the

Poor quality of chilled water and cooling water will not only cause fouling of heat exchangers, affect heat exchange
efficiency, reduce unit performance, but also corrode the heat exchangers and cause major failures of the unit. Customers
should perform water quality treatment in accordance with the requirements of GB550050-2007 \"Code for Design of
Industrial Circulating Cooling Water Treatment\". When the chilled water system is a closed system, soft water should be
used. During the operation of the unit, the cooling water (the chilled water of the open system) should be sampled and
analyzed regularly, and the water quality should meet the requirements of the following table. If the requirements are not
met, water quality treatment should be carried out.
Condensing water requirement
1. The water hardness is less than or equal to 150, the water quality is good, and a magnetized descaling device is
installed in the cooling water circulation pipeline.
2. 150 ≤ water hardness ≤ 300, the water quality is average, the first-level softened water treatment is designed in the
water supply pipeline, and a magnetized descaling device is installed in the cooling water circulation pipeline.
3. 300 ≤ water hardness ≤ 600, the water hardness is high, the secondary softened water.
