目前现有的人工砂生产线,绝大部分采用湿法生产工艺,不论采用任何形式的洗砂机,其最大的缺点是细砂 _ { ( 0 . 1 6 \mathsf {mm } } 以下的颗粒)流失严重,有的甚至流失 2 0 % 以上,这不但损失产量,而且还影响砂子的级配,造成级配不合理,细度模数偏粗,大大降低了机制砂的产品质量。过多的细砂排放还会造成环境污染。
为解决上述问题,我公司研制了DLXSH系列细砂回收脱水系统,该系统是本公司吸收国内外的先进技术,结合我国的实际情况而设计的具有世界先进水平的细砂回收脱水装置,广泛应用于水电站砂石骨料加工系统、玻璃原料加工系统、人工制砂生产线、选煤厂粗煤泥的回收及环保工程(泥浆净化)等,可有效地解决细砂回收问题。

In order to solve the above problems,our company has developed DLXSH series fine sand recoveryand dehydration system,which is the world'sadvanced sand recoveryand dehydration device designed by the company to absorb advanced technology at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of our country,and is widely used in hydropower station sand and gravel aggregate processing system,glass raw material processing system,artificial sand production line,recovery of coarse coalslimein coal preparation plant and environmental protection engineering(mud purification),etc.,which can effectively solve the problem offine sand recovery.

渣浆泵将筛水混合物输送至旋流器,离心分级浓缩的细砂经沉砂嘴提供给脱水筛,经脱水筛脱水后,细砂与水有效分离,少量细砂、泥等经溢流水箱流入污水处理系统。脱水筛回收物料重量浓度为 70 ‰ 调节细度模数可通过改变泵的转速、改变砂浆浓度、调节溢流水量、更换出砂嘴来实现。从而完成清洗、脱水和分级三种功能。

细砂回收脱水一体机主要由:细砂回收系统、渣浆泵、脱水筛、机架组成。

1.传统人工湿法加工工艺中,人工砂的洗泥、脱水采用螺旋洗砂机,人工砂(尤其是细砂)的流失几乎不能控制。采用回收装置,可有效降低细砂的流失量,使其控制在 5 { - } 1 0 % 之内。很好地解决了人工骨料加工系统出现的成品砂细度模数偏高、石粉含量偏低的难题。
2.脱水筛采用聚氨酯筛网,聚氨酯筛网较其它筛网寿命更长,且不易堵孔。
3.旋流器内衬板为陶瓷衬板,提高了整个装置的使用寿命,可顺利完成料浆浓缩、液体澄清等工作。
4.细砂回收系统最大可回收排放总量中 8 5 % 的细颗粒物料,具备其他设备无可比拟的技术和经济优势。
5.细砂得到充分回收,减少了沉淀池的工作量,降低了沉淀池的清理成本;
6.细砂回收系统减少了细料的自然堆放时间,可直接转运,供应市场。
1.In the traditional artificial wet processing technology,the sludge washing and dewatering of artificial sand are carried out by spiralsand washing machine,and the loss ofartificial sand (especialy finesand) can hardlybe controlld.The recovery device can effectively reduce the loss of fine sand and control it within 5 { - } 1 0 % .It well solves the problem of high fineness modulus of finished sand and low stone powder content in the artificial aggregate processing system. 2.The dewatering screen adopts polyurethane screen,which hasa longerlife than other screens and is not easy to plug holes. 3.The inner lining plate of the cyclone is a ceramic lining plate,which improves the service life of the whole device,and can successfully complete the work of slurry concentration and liquid clarification. 4.The fine sand recovery system can recover 8 5 % of the fine particulate materials in the total amount of recyclable emissions,which has incomparable technical and economic advantages of other equipment. 5.The fine sand is fully recovered,which reduces the workload of the sedimentation tank and reduces the cleaning cost of the sedimentation tank; 6.The fine sand recovery system reduces the natural stacking time of fine materials,which can be directly transferred and supplied to the market.

机械设备安装的好坏,试车的有无,不仅反映在生产是否正常,更重要的是直接影响到机械设备的使用寿命。
The quality of mechanical equipment installation and the presence or absence of test run are notonly reflected in whetherthe production is normal,but more importantly,it directlyaffects the service life of mechanical equipment.
(一)安装
(1) Installation 1.机器安装前,首要按照装箱单检查零部件是否齐全和损坏。 2.按照安装图进行设备安装,基础应有足够的刚度和强度,以支撑振动筛的全部动负荷和静负荷;同
时,放置脱水筛四个支腿的基础位置应处于同一水平面。 3.确保筛箱与料斗、溜槽等非运动件之间应保持最小75mm的间隙。 4.安装时,各个支腿需保证与水平面垂直,左右耳轴处于同一水平面。 5.双电机传动式脱水筛,连接电机与激振器时,要确保两组激振器的偏心块处于同一角度(位置)。 6.为减少物料对筛面的冲击,物料离开落料溜槽到物料层的落差应不大于300mm。 7.设备长期放置(及设备到达现场至安装前的时间),需做好设备整体防尘、防水、防暴晒等防护。 8.特别提示:整体筛箱严禁焊接、切割;激振器等部件严禁点焊搭接。 1.Before the installation of the machine,first check whether the parts are complete and dam
aged according to the packing list. 2.Install the equipment according to the installation drawing,and the foundation should have
enough rigidity and strength to support all the dynamicand static loads of the vibrating screen; At
the same time,the basic position of the four supporting legs of the dewatering screen should be at
the same level. 3.Ensure that a minimum gap of 7 5mm should be maintained between the screen box and
non-moving parts such as hopper and chute. 4.When installing,each outrigger should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane,and the left
and right trunnions should be in the same horizontal plane. 5.When connecting the motor and the exciter, make sure that the eccentric blocks of the two
sets of exciters are at the same angle (position). 6.In order to reduce the impact of the material on the screen surface,the drop of the material
from the blanking chute to the material layer should not be more than 3 0 0 \mathsf {mm } 7.When the equipment is placed fora long time (and the time from the arrival of the equipment
to the timebefore installation),itis necessary todoa good job in the overall protection of the equip
ment against dust,water,and exposure to the sun. 8.Special note: welding and cutting of the overallscreen box are strictly prohibited; Spot weld
ing and lapping of exciters and other componentsare strictly prohibited.
(2)试车 (2) Commissioning
1.弹簧必须处于垂直状态,弹簧上支座与弹簧接触面必须成水平状态,调整好后用螺栓把弹簧 上支座固定在筛箱耳轴上。
2.试机前检查激振器(或振动电机)运行是否灵活无卡阻(有无机械卡阻、偏心块是否被异物卡 死等情况);检查筛体四周与非运动件间隙是否足够;检查紧固螺栓是否旋紧。
3.试机前按要求给激振器或电机加油。
4.激振源为振动电机的脱水筛,试机前需拆开所有偏心块护罩,保证两台振动电机的四组偏心 块处于同一个角度(位置)。
5.双电机传动或双振动电机的脱水筛,试机时电机需逐个运行,以测试其运行方向。
6.设备长期放置未运行时间超过6个月的情况下,一定要对轴承进行清洗和检查,避免由于润滑 油失效引起损伤。
7.脱水筛启动电流为电机额定电流的4.5-5.5倍,最高不超过6倍。
8.空载试运行时间不得低于2小时,空载试运行合格后,应将各紧固件再紧固一次,轴承应加注 一次润滑油,方可投入负载试运转。
1.The spring must be in a vertical state,the contact surface between the spring upper supportand the spring must be horizontal,and the springuppersupport must be fixed on the trunnion ofthe screen box with bolts afteradjustment.
2.Check whether the exciter(orvibration motor)is flexible and free of jamming before testing (whether there is mechanical jamming,whether the eccentric block is stuck by foreign objects,etc.); Check whether the gap between the sieve body and the non-moving parts is sufficient; Check that the fastening boltsare tightened.
3.Refuelthe exciter or motoras required before the test.
4.The excitation source is the dewatering screen of the vibrating motor,and all the eccentric block guards need to be disassembled before the test machine to ensure that the four groups of eccentric blocks of the two vibrating motors are at the same angle(position).
5.Forthe dewatering screen of double motordrive or double vibration motor,the motor needs to be run one by one to testits running direction during the test machine.
6.If the equipment has not been running for more than 6 months for a long time,the bearing must be cleaned and inspected to avoid damage caused bylubricating oilfailure.
7.Thestartingcurrentofthe dewateringscreenis4.5-5.5timesoftherated currentofthe motor,and the maximum is not more than 6 times.
8.The no-load test run time shall not be less than 2 hours,after the no-load test run is qualified,the fasteners should be tightened again,and the bearing should be filled with lubricating oil once before it can be putinto load test operation.

(一)运转条件
(1) Operating conditions
1.任何部位的油不许落入筛箱内。
2.各部轴承润滑状态良好,不易加油处应以油管引到方便处加油。 1
3.联轴器、皮带、开式齿轮处须有牢固可靠的防护罩,电器设施灵敏可靠。

3.There mustbea firm and reliable protective coverat the coupling,beltand open gear,and the electrical facilities are sensitive and reliable.
(二)开车前的检查、开车顺序及注意事项

1.设备检查有专人负责,发现问题及时处理,重大问题应报请有关领导后方可处理并详细记入运转记录中;
2.检查部位及内容
润滑系统:
检查稀油润滑箱内润滑油是否充足。
检查各轴承加油装置的给油情况。
机体各部:检查各部螺丝及键是否松动。
电气装置:
检查电器开关是否完好。
3.检查无误并与前后岗位联系后,方可启动顺序如下:切入电源,按下启动按钮。
注意有无异常变化。
4.启动后不得用手等触摸旋转部分和随意移动防护罩。
5.严禁湿手操纵电器开关等。

Checkwhether the screwsand keysare loose.
Electrical Installations:
Check whether the electrical switch is in good condition.
3.After checking thatitis correctand contacting the frontand rear posts,the order of initiation is as follows:
Cut into the power supplyand press the start button.
Watch for unusual changes.
4.After starting,do nottouch the rotating part with your hands and move the protective cover at will.
5.Itis strictly forbidden to operate electrical switches with wet hands.
(三)运行中维护及重点检查内容

1.检查各轴承温度变化情况,正常情况下轴承温升应在 4 5 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } 范围内,轴承温度不得超过 7 5 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ,如超过7 5 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } 应及时停机查明原因并消除;
各个加油点是否清洁,给油情况是否正常。
2.机体各部:
各部螺栓有无松动;
检查是否有异常振动及响声。
3.电动机:
温升不得超过 6 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ,有否异常响声,振动及气味;电压、电流显示在正常额定范围内,并无异常波动;若为双电机传动,两电机电流相差不得超过额定电流的 1 0 % ,超过时需立刻停机检查。
4.振幅:
观察脱水筛振幅,脱水筛振幅设计在 5 . 8 \mathsf {mm } 之间可调。

The voltage and current are displayed within the normal rated range,and there is no abnormalfluctuation;Ifitisa dual-motordrive,thediferencebetween the currentofthe two motors shall not exceed 1 0 % of the rated current,and the machine shall be stopped immediately for inspection when it is exceeded.
4.Amplitude:
Observe the amplitude of the dewatering screen, the amplitude of the dewatering screen isdesigned to beadjustable between 5 . 8 \mathsf {mm }
(四)停车的操作顺序及注意事项

1.接到停车通知后,按下列停车次序进行。 停止向细砂回收脱水一体机给料。 停止渣浆泵工作。 待脱水筛箱体内矿砂全部排完后,按下停止按钮停车。 2.无通知停电或发生故障时,立即按下按钮,并停止给水。 3.电器发生故障时应立即切断电源,并通知电工检修,不得擅自进行处理。 1.After receiving the parking notice,proceed in the following parking order.
