无需动火及特殊工具，只需轻轻抽取芯绳，就会依靠自身的弹性回缩，从而紧贴附在电缆上，每种规格可适用于多种电缆线径，对电缆线径兼容性强。

绝缘可靠：

采用液态硅橡胶，确保优良的绝缘性和高弹性。安装后始终对电缆本体保持恒定的径向压力，产品绝缘主体与电应力控制单元在工厂预成型为一个整体，局部放电量小，与电缆本体同“呼吸”。

性能稳定：

支撑管采用超声波焊接，保证了产品的可靠性和稳定性，拉伸永久变形率较低，提高产品的保质期。

Reliable stresscontrol method forcold shrinkcableaccessories

目前，在35KV及以下电力电缆附件应力控制方式上有应力锥和应力管两种。采用应力锥缓解电场应力集中的方法，从电气的角度上来看是最可靠也是最有效的方法。

应力锥通过将绝缘屏蔽层的切断处进行延伸，使其形成喇叭状，改善了电场分布，降低了外半导层断口处电场强度，保证了电缆的运行寿命。在110KV或更高的系统中就是采用应力锥控制法来均化电场的。

选用应力管控制法，但应力管控制法存在材料分散性大，性能不稳定及附件产品与电缆绝缘之间抱紧力偏小等不足之处。所以我们选用的是可靠性较高的应力锥控制法。

Atpresent,therearetwokindsofstresscontrolmodessuchasstresscone andstresspipeinthepowercableaccessoriesof 35kVandbelowvoltage. Usingthemethodofstressconealleviatestressconcentrationofelectric field，it’sthemostreliableandmosteffectivemethodfromtheelectrical point of view.

Stressconebycuttingtheinsulationshieldforoutspread，makeitsform atrumpet-shaped，improvedthedistributionofelectricfield,reducethe clectricficld intensity offracture surface of outside semi-conducting layer, maintaintheoperatinglifeofthecable.Itisalsotousestressconecontrol methodtohomogenizingtheelectricfieldinthesystemof 1 1 0 k V orhigher voltage.

Ifchoose thestresscontrol tubemethod,thematerial dispersionislarge ofthestresscontroltube,disadvantagessuchastheproductperformance isnotstableand the holdingforce is small between theaccessoriesand cableinsulation,etc.Sowechoosethehighreliabilityofstressconecontrol mode.

200A插拔式电缆接头为全绝缘、全密封可带电触摸的插入式终端头，广泛应用于户外配电变压器、美式箱变、环网柜、电缆分支箱、地埋式变压器及其它电气设备的连接。其按照在T-I型电缆头200A出现侧、200A母线上及美式箱变的单通（或双通）套管接头和负荷转换头等。测试点可安装带电显示器，以便查询设备带电状态，亦可满足线路核相要求。
