合格的原料水由多级泵增压后进入分支冷凝器,然后进入分离器和蒸发器,液位由液位开关控制。工业蒸汽进入蒸发器将原料水加热到蒸发温度,并在蒸发室和分离室内形成强烈的热循环。原料水汽化后产生夹带水滴的蒸汽进入分离器,水滴在分离器内由于重力的作用将会与蒸汽脱离融入原料水,再加上分离器上部特殊的汽水分离装置,在分离器上部就生成了超纯的纯蒸汽。

超滤膜的应用Applicationofultrafilterationmembrane
在我国,超滤技术的应用在果汁澄清工艺中占有主导地位。新压榨出的果汁中含有果胶、果肉碎屑、淀粉、蛋白、固体悬浮物、微生物代谢等多种致使果汁浑浊的物质。
采用超滤对果汁进行澄清,可使其中的糖类、有机酸和谁等小分子透过膜,而截留其中多数大分子物质,得到澄清无菌的果汁:超滤过程无需助滤剂、澄清剂;工艺过程短,人工费用低;是较为经济有效的果汁澄清方法。
工业生产的酶制剂一般要进行分离提纯,传统真空蒸发、溶剂萃取等方法存在着诸多弊端。
现在采用超滤技术进行酶制剂的分离浓缩,则可在常温下操作,克服热对发酵产品品质的影响;除去其中的小分子杂物,保证滤液的纯净度和品质的良好性;过滤过程无相变,能耗和成本较传统方法都低;设备运行简便,易于操控和操作,应而很快成为了生物制药等行业分离浓缩工艺的首选。

本产品为列管式换热器,双管板胀接设计,防止换热器泄露对高洁净物料的污染。广泛应用于制药、化工、食品纺织等行业的液体热量交换。依据工艺要求的不同分为:316L、304材质两种,换热器内外均作抛光处理Ra0.45,内部整体钝化处理,亦可根据工艺要求进行纯蒸汽灭菌。该产品由于密闭性好,适应条件范围广且不易污染。尤其对制药行业的输液、水针、冻干粉和生物制品生产过程中的纯化水、注射用水和药液升、降温的换热使用。
也可根据用户工艺要求,在本产品的基础.上对材质和特殊要求进行设计。可生产1\~200m2规格的换热器。

板式换热器是采用不同的换向片和不同的组装方法实现的,可分为单流程、多流程和混合流程,应根据工艺要求选择。一般温差大于对数平均温差1.8倍的介质,应采用多流程、板间流速的适应值0.3\~0.5m/s,流速太低时,应采用双流程或多流程。
本产品应用于制药、食品、化工等行业的液体热量交换,以及某些应用中的巴氏消毒。
