工作原理 Working principle

合格的原料水由多级泵增压后进入分支冷凝器，然后进入分离器和蒸发器，液位由液位开关控制。工业蒸汽进入蒸发器将原料水加热到蒸发温度，并在蒸发室和分离室内形成强烈的热循环。原料水汽化后产生夹带水滴的蒸汽进入分离器，水滴在分离器内由于重力的作用将会与蒸汽脱离融入原料水，再加上分离器上部特殊的汽水分离装置，在分离器上部就生成了超纯的纯蒸汽。

工业生产的酶制剂一般要进行分离提纯，传统真空蒸发、溶剂萃取等方法存在着诸多弊端。

现在采用超滤技术进行酶制剂的分离浓缩，则可在常温下操作，克服热对发酵产品品质的影响；除去其中的小分子杂物，保证滤液的纯净度和品质的良好性；过滤过程无相变，能耗和成本较传统方法都低；设备运行简便，易于操控和操作，应而很快成为了生物制药等行业分离浓缩工艺的首选。

1、本系列容器具有加热和保温功能，按《钢制焊接容器技术条件》进行制造，试压和验收。

2、容积有100L-10000L各种规格，供您选用，也可根据客户实际需要进行设计，加工。

3、搅拌轴的密封采用进口卫生级机械密封，减速机选用世界著名品牌德国弗兰德或SEW，搅拌转速为36-53转/分。也可采用变频调速器控制。

4、接口采用国际通用ISO标准快装卡盘式，内胆选用进口316L或304。

5、罐体有液位计(无触点超声波、静压式变送器、玻璃管式)、空气呼吸器、灭菌蒸汽口、温度(数显式或表盘式)、CIP万向洗罐器、灯视镜、若干进出液口、人孔。

6、内部材质:SUS316L(日本进口)

内光洁度:0.28\~0.45μm

本产品为列管式换热器，双管板胀接设计，防止换热器泄露对高洁净物料的污染。广泛应用于制药、化工、食品纺织等行业的液体热量交换。依据工艺要求的不同分为:316L、304材质两种，换热器内外均作抛光处理Ra0.45，内部整体钝化处理，亦可根据工艺要求进行纯蒸汽灭菌。该产品由于密闭性好，适应条件范围广且不易污染。尤其对制药行业的输液、水针、冻干粉和生物制品生产过程中的纯化水、注射用水和药液升、降温的换热使用。

也可根据用户工艺要求，在本产品的基础.上对材质和特殊要求进行设计。可生产1\~200m²规格的换热器。

板式换热器是采用不同的换向片和不同的组装方法实现的，可分为单流程、多流程和混合流程，应根据工艺要求选择。一般温差大于对数平均温差1.8倍的介质，应采用多流程、板间流速的适应值0.3\~0.5m/s，流速太低时，应采用双流程或多流程。

本产品应用于制药、食品、化工等行业的液体热量交换，以及某些应用中的巴氏消毒。
