General Machinery Safety Warning-Personal Safety
1)Stay alert.When operating this equipment,focus on the operation you are undertaking and stay clear-headed.Do not operate this equipment when you feel tired,or when you are under the influence of drugs,alcohol or treatment reactions.A momentary lapse of attention during operation of this equipment can lead to serious personalinjury.
2)Use personal protective equipment.Always wear goggles. Safetydevices,such as dust masks,slip-resistant safety shoes, safety helmets,hearing protection devices,etc.,used under appropriate conditions can reduce personal injury.
3) Do not stretch your hands too far.Always pay attention to your footing and body balance.This will enable you to control the equipment well in case of an unexpected situation.
4) Remove all adjustment keys or wrenches before the power of the equipment is connected.Wrenches or keys left on the rotating parts of the equipment can cause personal injury.
5) Dress appropriately.Do not wear loose clothes or accessories. Keep clothes,gloves and hair away from moving parts.Loose clothes,accessories and long hair may get caught in moving parts.

Mechanical equipment usage a nd precautions
1) Do not misuse this equipment. Use the appropriate mechanical equipment for the intended purpose.Selecting the appropriatelydesigned mechanical equipment will make your work more efficient and safer.
2) If the switch cannot be turned on or off to cut off the power supply of the tool,then this equipment cannot be used. Equipment that cannotbe controlled by the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
3)Before making any adjustments,replacing accessories or storing the equipment,the plug must be unplugged or the power disconnected from the power source.This protective measurewill reduce the risk ofaccidental start-up of the tool.
4) Store the idle equipment out of the reach of children and do not allow people who are not familiar with this equipment or do not understand these instructions to operate the equipment. Mechanical equipment in the hands of untrained users is dangerous.
5) Maintain the equipment.Check whether the moving parts are adjusted properly or stuck,and check fordamage to the parts and other conditions that affect the operation of the equipment. 6)The edges and fragments of the workpiece are very sharp.Please wear protective equipment. Depending on the applicable situation, use a face mask,safety goggles orsafety glasses.When applicable, weara dust mask,hearing protection device,gloves and a work apron that can prevent workpiece fragments.
7)Keep a certain safe distance between bystanders and the working area.Anyone entering the working area must wear protective equipment.
8) The workplace must be kept clean.Different types of work dust, after being mixed,are prone to chemical reactions and are very dangerous.Metal dust is prone to catching fire or causing explosions.
9) Do not let the tools run without anyone present. Only operate when the tool needs to be chamfered.Before the power supply of the equipment is connected,remove all adjustment keys or wrenches.Wrenches or keys left on the rotating parts of the equipment can cause personal injury.
10)Do not place the chamfering machine on the workpiece fragments.Otherwise,it may cause damage to the tool or malfunction.
11)Please avoid the rotating parts of the machine touching the power cord,which may lead to a serious electric shock accident. Do not use a chamfering machine with damaged power cords. If the power cord is damaged during operation,do not touch the damaged wire and immediately pull out the plug. Damaged wires will increase the risk of electric shock for the user.
12)During operation,it is strictly prohibited to disassemble or adjust the operation.Do not touch the rotating knife shaft with your hands.
To avoid the risk of cuts,do not touch the working blade of the machine.

13) Do not touch the blades immediately after operation. Because they may be extremely hot and cause burns to the skin.
14) Do not collide the workpiece with the worktable surface.Do not start the equipment with a load.
15) When using an extension cable,please use the double-insulated cable with the same specifications as this equipment.
16)Regularly clean the iron filings and dust on the equipment. Excessive iron filings and dust deposition can lead to electrical hazards.
17) The workpiece should be moved steadily and uniformly forward in the specified moving direction.The size of the workpiece should be such that the operator can control it and not fall into the slot of the worktable.
18) Do not process steel that has undergone heat treatment. Do not process workpieces witha hardness greater than HRC42 after quenching or other materials with a hardness greater than HRC42.
To minimize the damage,users should carefully read the instruction manual.

Operation Instructions
Before using the machine,please read the instruction manual carefully. 1.Locking handle (see Figure B)
The stop handle b1 is only used when there is a need for fixed positioning of the sliderail function,during equipment transportation,and when performing inspection,maintenance or replacing the blade.When using the new machine, please rotate the handle counterclockwise to release the stop to enable the use of the slide rail function.
Note: This information can be ignored for non-slide rail beveling machines.
Il. Startup/Shutdown (See Figure C)
Note: Before connecting the device to the power supply,make sure to check and confirm that the switch is in the off position.
Power On: Press the"1"end of the switch to start the equipment
Power Off: Press the " 0 " end of the switch to turn the equipment off.It is in the off state.
Ill.Replacementand Installation ofBlades Warning: Please ensure to use the original AOCKE brand blades for the knife blades.
Note: When replacing the blade,please ensure that the machine is turned off and the power plug is unplugged.
Before using the machine,please check if the blade is worn.Worn or bluntblades willaffectthechamfering effectand shorten the service lifeof themachine.
The output shaft of the knife holder is equipped with 3 blades (straight part),and each blade has 4 cuting edges.When the cutting edges of the blades become blunt,please rotate both sides of the blades by 9 0 ^ { \circ } to use the new cutting edges. When all 16 cutting edges of the 3 blades become blunt,please replace the new blades.
Note: The curved part is equipped with 2 blades,and each blade has 2 cutting edges.
Please follow the following steps each time you replace the blade.
1. Operation steps for the linear part of the slide rail (refer to Figures D and F) a) Remove dl,d2,d3,and d4 screws one by one.
b) Remove the guide plate d5 and the front dust shield d6 respectively.
c) Use the included T20 wrench to remove the star-shaped screws f2 that fasten the blade.
d) Rotate the cutting edge or replace the blade fl.
e) Finally, reinstall the guide plate d5 and the front dust shield d6 in sequence. Note:This operation step is applicable to AX1500ST and AXl500T; zhu 2. Operation steps for the non-slip rail straight section (refer to Figures Eand F) a) Remove el,e2,e3,and e4(four screws) one by one.
b) Remove the guide plate e5 and the front dust shield e6 respectively.
c) Use the included T20 wrench to remove the star-shaped screws f2 that fasten the blade.
d) Rotate the cutting edge or replace the blade f1.
e) Finally,reinstall the guide plate e5 and the front dust shield e6 in sequence. Note:This operation procedure is applicable to AX1500S and AX1500D;

3.Operationsteps for the curved part (referto FiguresDand G)
a) Rotate the arc guiding plate d7 counterclockwise until it is removed. b) Remove the hexagonal screws g2 that fasten the blade using the included T8 wrench.
c) Rotate the cutting edge or replace the blade gl.
d) Finally, reinstall the guiding plate d7.
Note:This operation procedure is applicable to:AX1500ST,AX1500S,AX1500C.
IV.Adjusting the Size of Chamfers
Note: Before adjusting or inspecting the equipment, please make sure that the machine has been disconnected from the power supply.
If the required chamfer size is above C2,please complete it in multiple steps. It is recommended to increase by 1 - 2 \mathsf {mm } each time. Otherwise,it will reduce the surface quality of the processed part,shorten the service life of the machine and increase the wear of the cutting tool.If the chamfer requirements are too high, please perform trial chamfering until they meet the requirements.
Note:The single feed of the straight section is less than 2 \mathsf {mm } ,and the single feed of the curved section is less than 1mm;
1. Operation steps for the linear part of the slide rail (refer to Figure H)

a) Rotate counterclockwise and release the two fixed handles h1 on the left and right.
b) Adjust the chamfer size by rotating the two adjusting handles h2 on the left and right. During the adjustment, both the left and right adjusting handles h2 should be operated simultaneously.
c) When rotating counterclockwise,the cutting amount decreases; when rotating clockwise,thecuttingamount increases.
d) Adjust to the desired size and then lock the fixed handle h1
Note:This operation procedure isapplicable to AXl50oSTand AX1500T.
2.Operation steps for the non-slip rail straight section (refer to Figure l)

a) Rotate counterclockwise and release the two fixed handles il on the left and right.
b) Adjust the chamfer size by rotating the two adjusting handles i2 on the left and right.During the adjustment,both the leftand rightadjusting handles i2 should be operated simultaneously.
c) When rotating counterclockwise,the cutting amount decreases; when rotating clockwise,thecuttingamount increases.
d)Adjustto the desired size and then lock the fixed handleil.Note: Thisoperation procedure isapplicable to AX1500Sand AX1500D;
3.Operation steps for the curved part (refer to Figure J)

a) Rotate the arc guiding plate jl counterclockwise until it is loosened.
b) At this point, rotating counterclockwise will reduce the cutting amount,while rotating clockwise will increase it.
c) Adjust to the desired size.Then,rotate the adjusting ring j2 to make it tightly contact the arc guiding plate jl until it is tightened.
Note:This operation step isapplicable to:AX1500ST,AX1500S,AX1500C.
V. Instructions for Chamfering Operation
Note: Excessive miling operations may cause machine overload,blade damage and poor surface quality of the machined parts.Therefore,for milling operations, the feed per stroke of the straight section should not exceed 2mm,and that of the curved section should not exceed 1mm. Multiple strokes of machining can be carried outto achievea greatermilling effect.
Warning:This machine operatesata high speed and should notbe used for processingultra-thin and ultra-small workpieces.When chamfering,do not touch the rotating spindle while it is runningat high speed.
1. Operation steps for the linear part of the slide rail (refer to Figure K)
a) Firstly, start the equipment and wait until it reaches the maximum speed.
b) According to the length of the workpiece k2,pull the slide rail to obtain the appropriate travel length of the workpiece k2,so that one side of the workpiece k2 is in contact with the travel block kl.
c) Place the workpiece k 2 above the linear worktable surface according to the above conditions without allowing the blade to have any contact with it.
d) Press the workpiece with both hands and push the slide rail,advancing slowly forward in the feeding direction.At this time,it is required to keep the surface of the workpiece k2 parallel to the guide panel and advance at a uniform speed until the final milling is completed.
Note:This operation step isapplicable to AX1500STand AX1500T;
2.Operation steps forthe non-slip rail straight section (refer to Figure L)
a) Firstly, start the equipment and wait until it reaches the maximum speed.
c) Place workpiece ll above the worktable of the straight section without allowing the blade to come into any contact with it.
d) Press the workpiece with both hands and slowly advance it forward along the direction indicated by the arrow on the worktable surface.At this time,it is required to keep the surface of workpiece l1 parallel to the guide panel and advance it at a uniform speed until the final milling is completed.
Note:This operation procedure isapplicable to AX150oS and AX1500D
3.Operationstepsfor thecurved part (referto Figure M)
Note:When chamfering the inner hole or long groove,the diameter of the hole or the width of the groove should be larger than the outer diameter of the guiding bearing!
a)First, start the equipment and wait until the equipment reaches maximum speed.
b)Place the workpiece ml above the curved part of the worktable without allowing the blade to come into contact with it.
c) Use both thumbs to gently push the workpiece towards the spindle and hold it down.Do not apply excessive force or force too abruptly to avoid damaging the guide wheel bearing on the spindle.
d)When processing the inner hole,the workpiece itself does not rotate,but the workpiecemovesuniformlyclockwisearoundthespindle.
e)When chamfering the outer round edge,the workpiece rotates counterclockwise.
f)Finally,rotate the workpiece around the spindle for1 to 2 turns to complete the chamfering.
Note:This operation step isapplicable to:AX1500ST,AXl500S,AX1500C.

When machining the inner hole, theworkpiecemoves clockwise.

Whenmachining the outercircle, the workpiece rotates counterclockwise.
Note: During processing,one should follow the principle of small feed and slowspeed to achieve the bestchamfering effect.
VI.Maintenance and Care
Note: Before maintenance and servicing,please make sure to turn off the switch and disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
1.This machine should be maintained regularly as follows:
a) After each shift,clean the iron filings remaining on the equipment to keep it clean.
b) Observe the tightness of the belt and adjust it if necessary.
c) Regularly check whether the fastening screws of each partare loose.
d) For the bearings of the knife shaft,add 46# lubricating oil once every six months.
e) If the blade is worn or damaged,replace the blade with another intact cutting edge.If all four cutting edgesof the blade are worn,it is necessary to replace it. Otherwise,it willaffect the surface quality of the processed work and the lifespan of the equipment.
f)After the machine has been working for some time, the belt may stretch, resulting in a decrease in transmission efficiency and a reduction in the cutting speed of the cutting components,which directly affects the processing quality and efficiency.Therefore,belt adjustment is very necessary.
Note:This maintenance information is applicable to: AX1500ST/T/S/D/C and other fullseries.
2.Replace the guide wheel (refer to Figure N)
Note:There is no specific basis for the damage time of the guide wheel. Generally, it depends on the user's usage habits and working duration.The smoothness of the guide wheel can improve the surface quality of the processed parts,increase work efficiency,and extend the service life of the tool shaft.
a) Rotate counterclockwise to remove the fixing screws nl and the gasket n2 one by one.
b) Remove the guide wheel n3 and replace it with a new guide wheel bearing.
c)Finally,fix the fixing screws nl and the gasket n2 onto the guide wheel.
Note:This operation procedure is applicable to:AXl500ST,AX1500S, AX1100C.
3.Regularly clean the ventilation openings (see Figure O)
Please note that regular cleaning of ventilation outlets and preventing them from getting clogged can effectively enhance the lifespan of the equipment.
4.Regularly clean the dust collection drawer (see Fig.P)
Note: The linear part of the slide rail has no dust collection drawer.You can ignore this information.
First,remove the arc guiding plate,then remove the dust collection drawer. Regularly clean the iron filings inside the drawer to extend the equipment's lifespan.
Note:This operation step is applicable to AX1500S and AX1500D;
