Xinye Company is located in economic and technological development zone of yongkang city, Zhejiangprovince. It has been focus on R&D, production andsales since it was founded in the year of 2000. The company provide high quality grinding materialssuch as Non-woven polishing wheel/pad, nylon wheel, grinding wheel and drawing capstan to its customer to meet their needs. There are 20000 square meters workshop with two automatic production lines make sure that it can produce stable and reliable products to the customer.Annual production capacity is 3 million for Non-woven polishing wheel and 5 million for the Non-woven polishing pad. 采用特殊合成的高韧度耐高温尼龙纤维、精选磨料、经特殊胶粘剂复合而成。其开放式网状构造可以抗高温，降低工件与研磨轮接触时发生变色和变形风险，使研磨轮更耐磨。该产品用于清除金属毛刺、精抛光、粗拉丝、线纹调和，在不明显改变工件的形状和尺寸的前提下改善工件表面状况，在打磨过程中新鲜的磨料不断作用于加工表面，提供稳定均匀的抛光效果。
The use of special synthetic high tenacity nylon fibers, high temperature resistant finest abrasive, compounded by the special adhesive. Its open network structure can resistance to high temperature, reduce the artifacts occur when in contact with the grinding wheel discoloration and risk of deformation, the grinding wheel is more wear-resisting. The product is used for removal of metal polishing burr, fine, coarse wire drawing, wire lines, no obvi– ous change in the shape and size of the workpiece under the premise of improving workpiece surface condition, in the process of grinding process fresh abrasive continuously applied to surface, provide stable and uniform polishing effect.
