高铁硫变仪
本产品专为分析和测定橡胶硫化过程中的关键性能指标而设计。密闭型无转子硫化仪进行测试时，将橡胶试样放置在密闭、受压的容器中，下模以正弦波振荡，对试样施加应变；上模连接一个反映转矩的感测器，用以测量转矩。
This product is designed specificall for analyzing and measuring key performance indicators during the rubber vulcanization process.When testing with a sealed rotorless vulcanizing apparatus,the rubber sample is placed inasealedand compressed container,and the lower mold oscilates inasine wave to apply strain to the sample; Connect a sensor that reflects torque to the upper mold to measure torque.

NBR丁睛橡胶/NBRFeatures
适合于石油系液压油、甘醇系液压油、二酯系润滑油、汽油、水、硅润滑脂、硅油等介质中使用。是目前用途最广、成本最低的橡胶密封件。不适用于极性溶剂之中，例如酮类、臭氧、硝基烃、MEK和氯仿。一般使用温度范图为-40\~120℃。
NBRisthe most popular choice.Nitrile rubbers posses excellent resistance tooilbasedfuids,vegetableoils,greases,waterand oil(exceptKetoneand Ester).NBR o-ringsare highly versatile and used across industries suchasautomotive, aerospace,oil and gas,agriculture,andfood processing due to their excellent properties.Typically,NBRcanbecompoundedtoworkoveratemperaturerangeof40\~120C.
FVMQ氟硅橡胶/FVMQFeatures
其性能兼有氟素橡胶及硅橡胶的优点，耐油、耐溶剂、耐燃料油及耐高低温性均佳。能抵抗含氧的化合物、含芳香烃的溶剂及含氯的溶剂的侵蚀。一般用于航空、航天及军事用途。不建议暴露于酮类及刹车油中。一般使用温度范围为-50\~200℃。

HNBR氢化丁腈橡胶/HNBRFeatures
具有极佳的抗腐蚀、抗撕裂和抗压缩变形特性，耐臭氧、耐阳光、耐油性、耐天候性较好。比丁氰橡胶有更佳的抗磨性。适用于洗涤机械、汽车发动机系统及使用新型环保冷媒R134a的制冷系统中。不建议使用于醇类、酯类或是芳香族的溶液中。一般使用温度范围为-40\~150℃。
The Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber(HNBR) hasa betteroil andchemical resistance thannitrile rubberand can withstand|much higher temperatures(from-40--150°C). HNBR has excellent resistance to glycol based coolants，hot waterand ozone. Typicalapplications includeaccumulatorbladders,diaphragms,gasketsandseals. Limitationsincludepoorelectrical properties,poor fameresistanceandattackby aromaticoils.
EPDM三元乙丙橡胶/EPDMFeatures
具有很好的耐候性、耐臭氧性、耐水性及耐化学性。可于醇类及酮类，还可用于高温水蒸气环境之密封。适用于卫浴设备、汽车散热器及汽车刹车系统中。不建议用于食品用途或是暴露于矿物油之中。一般使用温度范围为-55\~150℃。
Ethylenepropylene based rubbersare formsof non-polarsyntheticrubbers.EPDM hasexcellent ozone resistanceand very good resistance to heat and oxidationare achieved.
Beingnon-polarelastomers,EPMand EPDMoffergood performanceinpolarfluids suchasalcohols,water,steam,coolantsetc.,but perform badlyinnon polar fuids suchashydrocarbon oils,lubricantsand greases.
VMQ硅橡胶/VMQFeatures
具有极佳的耐热、耐寒、耐臭氧、耐大气老化性能。有很好的绝缘性能。但抗拉强度较一般橡胶差且不具耐油性。适用于家用电器如电热水器、电熨斗、微波炉等。还适用于各种与人体有接触的用品，如水壶、饮水机等。不建议使用于大部份浓缩溶剂、油品、浓酸及氢氧化钠中。一般使用温度范围为-55\~250℃。
Siliconeelastomersarecommonlyusedforextremetemperatureranges(-55Cto +250℃),canoffer good lowtemperaturefexibility,andhave good dielectricstability. Theyalsoofferresistance toultra violetradiation(UV),oxygenand ozone,buthave lowtensilestrengthand lowwearand tear resistance.VMQare suitable foruse in food andbeverage production lines,aswell asmedical and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
PU聚氨酯橡胶/PUFeatures
聚氨酯橡胶的机械性能非常好，耐磨、耐高压性能均远优于其它橡胶，耐老化性、耐臭氧性、耐油性也相当好，但高温易水解，一般用于耐高压、耐磨损密封环节，如液压缸，一般使用温度范围为-45\~120℃。

FKM氟橡胶/FKMFeatures
耐高温性优于硅橡胶，有极佳的耐候性、耐臭氧性和耐化学性，耐寒性则不良。对于大部份油品及溶剂都具有抵抗能力，尤其是酸类、脂族烃、芳香烃及动植物油。适用于柴油发，动机、燃料系统及化工厂的密封需求。不建议使用于酮类、低分子量的酯类及含硝的混合物。一般使用温度范围为-20\~220℃。

FFKM全氟橡胶/FFKMFeatures
非常优异的耐化学腐蚀性能，耐酸、破、酮、酯、醚、强氧化剂等绝大多数化学品。最高耐热可到320℃，通常用于终极性的解决密封问题，价格是常规橡胶材料的近百倍，非常昂贵。

包覆O型圈主要用于泵和阀门、换热器、锅炉、过滤器、反应容器、压力容器、管路法兰、机械密封、气体压缩机、萃取设备等。Encapsulateenlddtretisspipeline fanges,mechanical seals,gascompressors,extraction equipment,etc.
外层塑料有三种/Theouterjacketmaterial:
1.FEP(聚全氟乙丙烯F-46)。耐温-200℃\~205℃，可在260℃高温下短时间使用，通用型;
