LDDC is widely used in offshore drilling platforms, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, as well as docking loading and unloading of cars, trains, aircraft, ships and food materials. It is also used to transport dangerous, valuable liquids.

Application

LDEC is an range of couplings specially designed for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Compared to other DDC,LDEC male and female parts are connected by a smooth spiral rail,which optimises the dead space ofthe rail, reduces mediaresidue and are easyto clean.

LDGC

Application

1. LDGC is applicable to the connection and disconnection between hose, crane pipe, loading and unloading arm and mobile units such as tank car and railway tank car. During loading and unloading, the valves at both ends automatically opened and closed withoutleakage.

2. LDGC is applicable to LPG loading and unloading pipelines in gas phase and liquid phase, such as propane, butane and other similar applications, which greatly reduces the incidence of loading and unloading accidents.

T° LK Dry Quick Connect Coupling

Luxecasting T° Lok dry quick connect coupling are a range of quick-change couplings commonly used in thermal management, providing quick disconnection and coupling for liquid cooling of electronic equipment in high power operation.

The advanced internal design and durability of the T° Lok dry quick connect couplings guarantee absolute tightness when connecting and disconnecting the couplings and provide optimum flow of the conveyed medium. They are used in a wide range of industrial applications such as renewable energy, computer cooling, transportandmedicalequipment.

API Loading Coupling is mainly used between the crane pipe and the tank car in the bottom closed loading and unloading system of gasoline and diesel.

How doesa Break Away Coupling work?

Abreakawaycoupling consistsoftwo main components:a male partand a female part. These parts are securely connected to different sections of a hose, pipe, or system. The coupling is designed to hold the two parts together firmly, allowing fluid or material to flowthrough.

In the event of excessive force or sudden movement, the break away coupling is designed to separate or disconnect. The separation occurs ata predetermined break point, which is typically a weaker section of the coupling intentionally designed to give way under certain conditions.
