Fin Type Heat Exchanger
Itadopts the hydrophilicaluminum foil to reduce theadhesionof water on thealuminum foil and greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency. Thealuminum finsare packed in the copper tubeand featuresuniform wind speed.With reasonable arrangement of copper pipes,it is installed in "V"-shape to improve heat exchange eficiencyand reduce fan noise. The copper tubeand aluminum finare mechanically connected through expansionwhich is high performanceand stable heat exchange. It is independently designed and manufactured with strict quality control. Configuringaccording to the place of useand process,it ensures that theheattransfercoeficientmeetsthedesignrequirements.
Compressor
Theunitadopts famous brand compressorwith center bearingcap toachieve highenergyefficiencyand lowsound level.Theunitruns quieterandmoreefficient,withthescrolldesignof "contact-freeand wear-free",itcanreduce friction.
ShellandTube HeatExchanger
Thecoppertube of theevaporatoradopts 1 . 1 \mathsf {mm } thick copper heatexchange tube,which ensures thatall productsmeet the high requirementsof high eficiency,energy saving,safety,strong antifouling abilityanddurability.Accordingto thecustomer'suseconditionsand waterqualityfactors,differentmaterialsof heatexchange tubescan beselected,andthe foulingcoefficientcanbe increasedtoenhance the heat exchange eficiency,ensuring the high efficiency and energy savingand service life of theunit. It is independentlydesigned and manufactured with strict quality control.Configuring according to the placeof useand process,itensures thatthe heat transfer coefficient meets the design requirements.
Fan
With special low-energy fanand reasonable fan nozzle design,it can maximize the airmobilityand reduce the noise.Practice has proven that our fans run stably and have long service life.The waterproof and dustproof grade of themotor: IP54, insulation grade:F;every fan hasa separate split cavity.
Controller
Thecontrolleradoptsthehighlyintegratedbutton-type human-machine interfacecontrol center,which greatlyimprovestheanti-interference ability of the system.The product adopts plastic shell which is easy to install.The front and rear panels exchange data through 485 communication,andtheentiresystemcanbeintegratedorseparated. SiemensPLC controllercanalso beselected to realize ModBus RTU, TCP or S7 communication.

Heat recovery technology
