2.2碱性水电解制氢设备 ALKwaterelectrolysisequipment
碱性电解水制氢系统由制氢电源、控制系统、电解槽、分离纯化单元及辅助设备等组成。制氢电源将外部电源转换为电解槽可用的直流电形式,电解槽将水电解产生氢气和氧气,氢气在经过分离纯化后,达到外部使用需求的纯度,整个制氢过程由制氢控制系统进行控制。

3.1绿电制氢装备试验中心
Green Electricity Hydrogen Production EquipmentTest Center中车株洲所具有国内规模最大的绿电制氢装备试验中心,支持4000标方制氢装备的试验。
CRRC Zhuzhou Institute has the largest green electricity hydrogen production equipment test center in China,which supports the test of 4ooo Nm³/h hydrogen production equipment.
试验中心占地4500平方米,分为电解槽区、电源区、分离纯化区、公共工程区、控制室,匹配20MW电力资源,可满足1000、2000、3000、4000标方单台电解槽以及4台1000标方碱性电解槽4并1组合测试。同时,满足PEM电解槽等各型号的整机实验。
The test center covers an area of 4 5 0 0 ~ \mathsf { m } ^ { 2 } and is divided into electrolyzer area,power supply area,separation and purification area,public engineering area,and control room.It matches 20MW of power resources and can meet the test of 10oo,20oo,3000, 4 0 0 0 \ \mathsf { N m } ^ { 3 } / \mathsf { h } single electrolyzersand 4 ^ { \star } 1 0 0 0 \ \mathsf { N m } ^ { 3 } / \mathsf { h } ALKelectrolyzers 4in1 combination.At the same time,it can meet the whole machine experiments of various models such as PEM electrolyzers.

4.1电解槽及分离纯化设备产线

公司具有丰富的专业化制造经验,拥有制氢设备生产组装现代化智慧产线。制氢装备生产线,包含电解槽(ALK&PEM)、制氢电源、分离装置以及纯化装置等,布局在湖南株洲以及国内其他区域,年产能达到GW级。
