上海飞航电线电缆有限公司是一家电线电缆专业性生产企业,为上海市电力公司与上海电气集团合资成立的上海电气输配电集团有限公司下属国有控股公司。企业创建于1984年11月,现占地250亩,净资产3.5亿元,总资产9.5亿元,员工400余名,其中管理人员30人,专业技术人员43人,研发设计人员30人。企业生产装备精良,检测手段齐全,先后从国外引进具有当今世界先进水平的生产设备及检测仪器。并且建立了国内领先的在线远程监造系统、原材料无库存管理系统等。

第一试验室简介
本第一试验室是在1992年建立的测试室基础上于2015年扩建而成的,面积为1000余平方米,自2015年8月15日开始投入使用。内设样品准备室、电性能试验室、机械性能试验室、老化试验室、低温试验室、弯曲试验室、300万次疲劳试验室、耐火试验室、烟密度试验室和燃烧试验室等10余间独立试验室。主要承担公司原材料、半成品及成品的各种性能测试任务,同时承担各类研发产品的过程试验工作。
本第一试验室采用行业内先进测试仪器,并通过权威计量机构进行检定和校准,主要试验设备有单双臂电桥、电缆截面投影仪、微机控制电子万能试验机、微控拉力试验机、半导体橡塑电阻测试仪、塑料超低温脆性试验仪、热老化试验箱、耐压试验台、耐火试验仪、单根燃烧试验仪、成束燃烧试验箱,300万次疲劳试验仪、线材扭转试验机等30余台试验设备,试验项目可达到50多种。
本第一试验室设有专职试验人员,其资格均为通过国家电线质量监督检验中心专业培训、考核并发证。
Brief Introduction about the First Laboratory
The first laboratorywasexpandedin2015on the basisofthetestroomestablishedin1992,which coversanareaofmorethan10o0squaremeters andhasbeen inusesinceAugust15th,2015. Therearemorethan10independentlaboratories, whichincludesamplepreparationroom,electrical performance laboratory,mechanical performance testroom,agingtestroom,lowtemperature testroom,bendlaboratory,3millionfatiguetest room,refractory laboratory,smokedensitytest roomandcombustiontestroom.Itismainly responsible forall kindsof performance testing tasksof the company'srawmaterials,semifinished productsand finished products.The lab alsoundertakesprocesstestsofallkindsofR&D product.
The first laboratory uses advanced testing instrumentsintheindustryand performs verificationandcalibrationthroughauthoritative metro-logyinstitutions,whichincludesmore than 30 test equipment,such as Wheatstone Bridge, Double Bridge, Cable Projectors, Microcomputer Control ElectronicUniversal Testing Machine, Micro Tensile Testing Machine,Rubber Plastic SemiconductorResistanceTester,Ultra-low TemperatureBrittlenessTestInstrument,Heat Aging Test Box,Pressure Test,Resistance Test Instrument,ingleCombustion Tester,Budle Burning Test Box,3-million-times Fatigue Test Instrument,WireTorsionTestingMachineand soon.Morethan50kindsoftestitemscanbe performed.
The first laboratory has full-time test personnel, andtheirqualificationshavebeen passed through the national electrical qualitysupervision and inspection center professional training, assessment and certification.
