后锚固技术因其简单快捷的安装方式,和灵活多变的定位设计,在过去40余年被广泛应用于钢-混凝土连接领域。扩底锚栓通过其锚固端头与混凝土之间形成的机械锁键产生锚固力,在承受静荷载/准静荷载与抗震方面表现优异,是后锚固技术中最常应用的产品之一。

Post-installed fixing technology is widely used in steel-to-concrete connection due to its convenient installation procedure as well as flexible positioning over the past 4 0 + years.Undercut anchor,one of the mostly used in post-installed fixing technology, has excellent performance on anchorage capacities under static/ quasi-static as well as seismic loading conditionsviamechanical interlockwithinconcrete at the embedded end of the fastener.

哈芬扩底锚栓选用碳钢材质,表面处理方式为电镀锌或热浸镀锌,性能等级为8.8级,符合国际标准ISO898-1以及国家标准GB/T3098.1。

Halfenundercut anchoruses carbon steel with surface treatment of extrapolate zinc coating or hot-dip galvanization,and the steel grade is 8.8 fully conforming to international standard ISO 898-1 and Chinese standard GB/T 3098.1.

·根据设计要求,使用专用工具在指定点位钻孔
·沿垂直于混凝土面方向钻孔,角度偏差 ± 5 ^ { \circ }
·当钻孔工具刚好与混凝土表面贴合,说明已经达到指定钻孔深度(详见 图示)
·Hammer drill is used to drill hole at the design required position of theanchor
·Drilling vertically to the concrete surface with tolerance of ± 5 ^ { \circ }
·The required hole depth is reached once the drill bit is in contact with the concrete surface (depicted by figure in detail)
·达到指定钻孔深度之后,环向转动电动工具,以便在钻孔末端形成锥形 凹槽
·建议3- -5转即可
·When the hole depth is reached,making circular swiveling movements by the hammerdrillto make the undercutat the end of the hole
·3 to 5 swiveling movements is recommended
·使用气筒或其它适当工具清理钻孔积灰
·确保钻孔内部清洁
·Use inflator or otherappropriate tools to clean the dust in the drill hole
·Ensure the cleanliness inside of the hole

Halfen UndercutAnchor ·将扩底锚栓伸入钻孔 ·Insert theanchor into to drill hole
·使用专用套筒安装工具扣入锚栓螺杆,并抵在锚栓套筒上
·确保安装工具垂直于墙面,使用适当工具(例如人工锤)敲击安装 工具,直至锚栓套筒侧面与混凝土面平齐
·Put the installation sleeve onto the threaded bolt and contact withthe anchorsleeve
·Ensure the installation sleeve is vertical to the concrete surface,punching the sleeve byappropriate tool (e.g.manual hammer) until the anchor sleeve surface is in plane with the concrete surface
·目视锚栓套筒与混凝土面平齐,即表明锚栓套筒端部已完成膨胀并 与混凝土形成机械锁键
·严禁锚栓套筒凸出混凝土面
·Check the expansion sleeve surface is in plane with the concrete surface,meaning the sleeve end is correctly expanded and the mechanical interlock with the concrete is created ·Protrude of the anchor sleeve is not allowed
·使用配套垫片、螺母,按照扭矩要求将被连接件与锚栓连接 ·Connect the fixture to the undercut anchor by washerand nut via the required torque
