Composite hose advantages
Composite hose is manufactured from multiple layers of thermoplastic fabrics & films that are spirally wrapped and supported by internal & external wire helices, and it is the components of fluid transportation.
The multiple material layers make the structure of the hose firm, thus making it pressure-resistant. The high-grade material used for making composite hoses also provides greater safety, which makes composite hoses widely used in industry area.
Construction of composite hose
1. Internal Helical Wire:
According to the characteristics of the hose transferring medium, different materials are available for option: stainless steel wire, galvanized steel wire, aluminum alloy wire (PP, PVDF covered steel wire).
2. External Helical Wire:
Galvanized steel wire, stainless steel wire,PP-coated steel wire.
3. High Resistance Inner Wire:
The quality of the hose plays a key role in the chemical aggressiveness and chemical liquid barrier, according to the characteristics of different media to choose
4. ReinforcementLayer:
It consists of a multi-layer functional polymer film and a synthetic fabric reinforcement layer, then spirally wrapped and supported by internal & external wire helices.
5.Anti-aging outer layer:
The outer layer is made of water proof and abrasion-resistant PVC fabric, which is highly resistantto corrosive chemicalsand hydrocarbons.Applicable temperature from- 1 9 6 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } to + 1 0 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ( - 3 2 0 . 8 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { F } - 1 0 + 2 1 2 ^ { \circ } F ),it is light, safe, tough,corrosion resistant,temperature resistant and weather resistantand othercharacteristics.
6. Hose Couplings:
Luxecasting offers more professional and reliable connection solutions for hose coupling system, according to different media,we can provide brass, aluminum, stainless steel, PP and other material hose coupling.
Composite hose advantages
1.Light weight
It'sabout 5 0 % lighter than the rubber hose with same specification, and about 3 0 % lighter than the metal hose, eases off work intensity, makes operation more convenient, improves work efficiencyand saves costs.
2.Good scalability, bending freely, not limited by working space It's can work under a small radius of gyration,in its bending part, the hose inside always remains round, never happen folding, inner wallfalling off and the hose body fracturing and other phenomena.
3.Good positive and negative pressure resistance performance The highest working pressure can reach 25BAR/363psi,and the negative pressure can reach 0.9BAR/13psi.
4.Goodtemperatureresistance
Luxecasting has a complete variety of composite hose,according to the different workingenvironment temperature( - 1 9 6 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } / - 3 2 0 . 8 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { F } to + 1 0 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } / 2 1 2 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { F } )to choose the suitable hose,and composite hose will not be due to the climate environment temperature changes to happen hose body hardening,softening phenomenon.
5.A wide range of adaptability
According to the needs of different working conditions, different raw and auxiliary materials can be selected to produce,so as to achieve the performance requirements ofdifferent media.
6.Good electrostatic exportfunction
When conveying oil flammable media, due to pressure, flow rate, friction and other factors, the pipeline will produce static electricity, if not exported in time, the consequences are unimaginable, Luxecastng composite hose is supported inside and outside by double steel wire, excellent electrical conductivity, safe and reliableuse.
