AQRVDBL是通孔用钻头。请从钻头先端贯通0.6DC以上使用。盲孔加工推荐AquaREVO钻头系列。
入口和出口有倾斜面和台阶的情况下,不能发挥无毛刺工具的性能。在这种情况下,建议使用平头钻。
请根据机械刚性、工件夹具、加工部形状等状态调整刀削条件。
湿式加工是指使用水溶性切削油剂时的加工。
使用非水溶性切削油剂时,请将转速和进给速度降低20%。
不适合铝合金、轻金属、不锈钢和高硬度钢的加工。
高温的切屑以及钻头折断时的火花可能引起烫伤、火灾等危险,因此请采取防火对策。
依被切削材及加工条件,切屑排出性有时会变差。在这种情况下,请使用分级进给。
分级进给请返回到孔的上面。
请将分级量的大致标准设定为0.5~1.0×DC。小径请以0.2~0.5×DC。
夹紧时,请将钻头的振动控制在0.02mm以下,小直径、高速切削时请控制在0.01mm以下。
Attention on using the cutting condition tables
AQRVDBL is for through hole drilling usage. Drill should exit the hole more than 0.6×DC. Please use Aqua REVO Drills for blind hole.
Burr less is not perform in if the entrance or exit of hole is on an inclined surface. In that case, we recommend a flat drill.
Adjust cutting condition according to the situation, such as rigidity of machine, work clamp, and shape of workpiece.
Wet condition are for drilling with water soluble cutting fluid.
In non-water soluble cutting fluid, reduce the rotation and feed rate by 20%.
Drilling Aluminum Alloy, Light Material, Stainless Steel, Hardened Steel are not recommended.
By sparks during cutting, or heat by breakage, or hot chip, there is danger of fire. Take fire prevention measures.
A work material and cutting condition to chip removal may be worse. In that case, please step feed.
Retraction of the step feed is to be returned to the top of the hole.

DLCRVDBL是通孔用钻头。请从钻头先端贯通0.6×DC以上使用。
入口和出口有倾斜面和台阶的情况下,不能发挥无毛刺工具的性能。在这种情况下,建议使用平头钻。
DLC钻头是铝合金等有色金属用的钻头。
不适合加工一般结构用钢、碳素钢、高硬度钢、不锈钢。
请根据机械刚性、工件夹具、加工部形状等状态调整刀削条件。
湿式加工是指使用水溶性切削油剂时的加工。
依被切削材及加工条件,切屑排出性有时会变差。在这种情况下,请使用分级进给。
分级进给请返回到孔的上面。
请将分级量的大致标准设定为0.5~1.0×DC。不满φ3的小直径钻头请以0.2~0.5×DC。
夹紧时,请将钻头的振动控制在0.02mm以下,小直径、高速切削时请控制在0.01mm以下。
镁合金加工时会有起火的危险,请务必使用专用的切削油剂,注意铁屑的管理。
Attention on using the cutting condition tables
DLCRVDBL is for through hole drilling usage. Drill should exit the hole more than 0.6×DC.
Burr less is not perform in if the entrance or exit of hole is on an inclined surface. In that case, we recommend a flat drill.
DLC Drills are available in Non-Ferrous Metals such as Aluminum Alloy.
Drilling Structual Steel, Carbon Steel, Hardened Steel, Stainless Steel are not recommended.
Adjust cutting condition according to the situation, such as rigidity of machine, work clamp, and shape of workpiece.
Wet condition are for drilling with water soluble cutting fluid.
A work material and cutting condition to chip removal may be worse. In that case, please step feed.
Retraction of the step feed is to be returned to the top of the hole.
