HT862 Friction Twisters are manufactured adopting friction-twister technology from Barmag

(Germany). They feature a 3-shaft stacked-disc structure driven by tape-belt. The inlet and

outlet guiding disks are all-ceramic disks, while the working disks can be all-ceramic or

polyurethane disks. Working-disk configurations can be variously combined according to

different process requirements. The twisters feature easy operation, low noise, simple

conversion between S-twist and Z-twist, and convenient use & maintenance.

HT862系列摩擦式假捻器采用德国巴马格公司摩擦式假捻器技术生产制造；假捻器结构为三轴叠

盘式龙带传动结构,导入、导出盘采用全陶瓷盘片,工作盘采用全陶瓷盘或者聚氨酯盘,工作盘的配置根

MJ8826-series double-channel friction false-twisters are auxiliary parts for draw-texturing

machines, mainly used for false-twist texturing of polyester POY or drawn-oriented yarn

(FOY). These false-twisters meet the requirements for elastic-yarn production and endow

yarns with high strength, low elongation, low hairiness and uniform dyeing performance. The

MJ8826 double-channel friction false-twister is suitable for draw-texturing machines with

spinning speeds of 600-1000m/min.

摩擦组件是用外摩擦原理工作的，即二组各三根等速旋转轴上装置着按顺序、等间隙相互叠合的

摩擦盘，使丝在假捻器上经过时形成一个螺旋丝路，靠盘的四周对丝进行摩擦假捻，从而使丝得到良好

的捻度传递效果。

The friction component operates on the external-friction principle. Two groups, each consisting of three constant-speed rotating shafts, are fitted with sequentially stacked friction disks

arranged at equal gaps. As the yarn passes through the false-twister, a spiral yarn path is

formed. Friction false-twisting is performed by the peripheries of these disks acting on the

yarn, thus achieving excellent twist-transmission performance for the yarn.

MJ8836 friction-type false-twister is matched for

RPR3SDY/2E, JWK3626 and YJR6 draw-texturing machines,

mainly applied for false-twist texturing of polyester POY or

drawn-oriented yarn (FOY).

The MJ8836 friction-type false-twister adopts a three-axis stacked-disk tangential-belt drive

structure. It features easy operation, low noise and low maintenance cost, and is equipped

with an independent yarn-feeding unit. Maximum operating speed: 1000 m/min. It meets the

requirements for elastic-yarn production and endows the finished yarn with advantages of

high strength, low elongation, low hairiness and uniform dyeing.

This product adopts independent-motor drive with low energy consumption. It features a

simple structure and is easy-to-disassemble for maintenance. The yarn path is fixed, enabling

convenient conversion between S-twist and Z-twist, which facilitates plied-yarn production.

The 12mm-diameter shaft of the false-twister permits 9mm-thick or 6mm-thick friction discs;

it can be fitted with ten 9mm-thick friction discs or thirteen 6mm-thick friction discs. This

false-twister is equipped with high-performance damped bearings, which keep the friction

discs highly stable across the full speed range. During production and operation, it generates

noticeably lower noise and less vibration of operating discs compared with other

false-twisters.

产品采用独立电动机驱动，能耗低；结构简单，方便拆除维修；丝路固定，由S捻转换到Z捻转换方

便，生产合股丝更方便。假捻器12mm直径轴允许使用9mm厚或6mm厚的摩擦盘；可装配10片9mm

The DJ8101 (HT862D) friction-type electric-spindle false-twister is a supporting accessory for stretch-yarn machines. It is mainly

applied for false-twist texturing of polyester pre-oriented yarn

(POY) or drawn yarn. This false-twister meets stretch-yarn

production requirements and endows the stretch yarn with

advantages of high strength, low elongation, low hairiness and

even dyeing. The DJ8101 (HT862D) friction-type electric-spindle

false-twister is suitable for stretch-yarn machines with an

operating speed of 800~1200m/min.

The DJ8101 (HT862D) friction-type electric-spindle false-twister is a newly-developed

high-speed friction false-twist system with a maximum speed of 20000RPM. The winding

speed can reach or exceed 1200m/min. Operating on the external-friction principle, this

false-twister is fitted with sequentially arranged, equally-spaced overlapping friction discs

on three equal-speed rotating shafts. As the yarn passes through the false-twister, it follows a

spiral yarn path. Friction from the disc peripheries provides false-twisting and achieves

efficient twist transmission for the yarn.

DJ8101(HT862D)型摩擦式电锭假捻器是一种最新开发的高速摩擦假捻系统,其速度最高可达

20000rpm，卷绕速度可达或超过1200m/min,该假捻器以外摩擦为工作原理，三根等速旋转轴上装置

The split-yarn roller bearings series are key high-speed precision

chemical-fiber filament production for yarn guiding and splitting. Our

NB2901 False-Twist Cup Bearing can make false-twisting of yarn, which helps to combine the

drawing and texturing into one process and shorten the working process of regular spinning

without additional costs.

NB2901 False-Twist Cup Bearing is a new chemical fiber machinery

part, which is applied in the draw-texturing process of draw twisters.

化纤倍捻-假捻一步法变形机上的假捻变形装置，由磁钢、增速轮

轴承、小转子、导丝部件等组成，小转子最大工作转速可达34万转/分，

主要用于聚酯预取向丝或牵伸丝的假捻变形。

These are false-twist texturing devices for one-step TFO

twisting-false-twisting texturing machines. They consist of

magnetic steels, speed-increasing wheel bearings, small rotors,

yarn-guiding components and others. The maximum operating

speed of small rotors can reach 340,000 rpm. They are mainly

used for false-twist texturing of polyester POY or drawn yarn.

假捻器由增速轮带动小转子，通过强磁力的磁钢吸附

小转子，小转子高速旋转，对被加工丝进行假捻变形。

The speed-increasing wheels drive the small rotors,

which are held by strong magnetic force from

magnetic steels. The small rotors rotate at high

speed to perform false-twist texturing on the

processed yarn.
