PRINCIPLEOFHF/RFHEATING

高频介质加热原理介质就是通常所说的绝缘体，如木材、塑料、粮食、橡胶、玻璃钢、胶剂及水等，高频介质加热就是把介质放入高频电场内，在电场作用下，介质分子按电场方向排列，因高频电场以极快的速度不断改变方向，故介质材料的分子在原来的位置上高速转动或振动，分子间发生摩擦碰撞产生热量，从而达到加热的自的。（如图一）

高频介质加热主要特点

1.加热速度快、效率高，如果工件厚度小于2 0mm ，传导加热时间一般为1min/mm，大于此厚度，时间将大大延长，而工件厚度对高频加热的影响就小得多，科技木木方采用高频加热只需两小时左右，而传导加热则需五至六天。（如图二）

2.加热均匀：热是从物体内部产生的，可以使处在电磁场之中的物体均匀升温，如科技木木方加热，整个木方内外达到同一温度，可有效增强胶剂固化强度，提升产品质量。（如图三）

3.加热过程容易控制：通电即热，断电就停止加热，可通过调整加热时间方便控制。

4.生物刺激作用：可进行杀菌，粮食处理、电疗等。5.具有加热选择性：由于在一定频率之下，各种物质损耗因数不同，吸收的电场能量也不同。适当地选择频率，针对性的对同处在电场之中的某一种物质进行加热，可大大提高加热效率，降低能耗，例如木材拼板，可视同处在电场之中的胶缝发热，而木材不热。（如图四）

6.适于自动化生产，占用场地小，劳动强度低。7.环保，不需锅炉，无粉尘，无烟雾，无高温辐射，安全卫生。

Principal features

1.High heating rateand efficiency. If the workpiece thickness is less than 2 0mm the period of conduction heating is generally 1min/mm and will be far prolonged for thicker case,while high-frequency heating is far less affected by workpiece thickness, e.g.: it takes two hours to heat flitch of engineeredwoodbyHFheating,but it'll take five to six days by conduction heating (see Fig.2).
