Product Overview
Annubar flow meters (also known as flute homogeneous tube flow meters and Toba tube flow meters) is a kind of
differential pressure flow meters. As the fluid flows through the probe, a high pressure distribution zone is generated in front
of it, which is slightly higher than the static pressure of the tube. According to the principle of Bernoulli's equation, the fluid
speeds up as it flows through the probe, creating a low-pressure distribution zone at the back of the probe, where the
pressure is slightly lower than the static pressure of the tube. Fluid flows through the probe generating a partial vacuum at
the back of the probe and vortices on both sides of the probe. The cross-sectional shape, surface roughness, and location of
the low-pressure taking orifice of the uniform flow velocity probe are key factors in determining the probe's performance.
The stability and accuracy of the low voltage signal is decisive for the accuracy and performance of the uniform velocity
probe. Annubar flow meter uniform flow velocity probe accurately detects the average differential pressure generated by
the average velocity of the fluid. Annubar flow meter uniform flow velocity probe has multiple pairs of pressure taking
orifices in the high and low pressure zones arranged according to a certain guideline, which makes it possible to accurately
measure the average flow velocity.
Annubar flow meters are used for the measurement of various energy sources such as liquids, fuel gases, vapors and
gases in industrial processes with high stability and repeatability. The design theory is in line with the principle of the
Bernoulli equation, and can be tested using JG/640-90 regulation.

· The Annubar flow meter has become an ideal product to replace the orifice plate due to its easy installation, small
pressure loss, high strength, no wear and tear, and no leakage. Widely used in industrial and mining enterprises for blast
furnace gas, compressed air, steam and other liquids, gas flow rate measurement.· Unique internal secondary uniform
structure provides high accuracy (±1% of reading) and high repeatability (±0.1%).
· The outer layer impact tube is made from a single piece of material without welding, which naturally has the highest
strength compared to similar products welded from a two-body structure, and facilitates the selection of hightemperature and corrosion-resistant materials.
· The honeycomb hexagonal stable structure produces a unique beam distribution shape, which ensures the stability of
