It is a Full-Refrigerated type VLEC.This vessel is equipped with four self-supporting IMO independent type-B prismatic cargo
tanks which independently developed by SWS inhouse design team. The tanks to be designed for a minimum temperature of
-104°C and a maximum pressure of 0.25 bar. Aluminum alloy to be used as the primary barrier material of the cargo tanks,
which provide a lighter lightweight. The insulation system uses a panel-type insulation system, providing excellent thermal
insulation performance. It can load and unload two kinds of liquid cargo at the same time. The design of the cargo system
offers great fflexibility and economic efficiency. It can loading\\unloading cargoes in 20 hours. The vessel is driven by an ethane
dual-fuel main engine, offering better emission performance and meeting the EEDI Phase 3 requirements.

The fully refrigerated Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGC) represents the world’s advanced level of shipbuilding technology. It is
recognized as a high-tech and high-value ship type by international shipbuilding industry. SWS has delivered 8 VLGC whose
capacity is 83K cubic meter. This is the first time for Chinese shipyard to final delivery of this type of ship, marking that
China's shipbuilding industry has fully ranked among the advanced ranks of the world's high-end liquefied gas carrier
design and construction, and has kicked off a new round of structural adjustment and transformation development of
China’s shipbuilding industry.
SWS has also conducted research on the very large ethane carrier (VLEC) and the very large liquid ammonia carrier (VLAC).
For liquid cargo containment system, reliquefaction system, tank capacity and stability, the independent development and
design have been carried out. Forming type B VLEC scheme and type A VLAC scheme, which meet the IMO TIER III emission
requirements and can also transport LPG and other goods. It belongs to the high-tech and high value-added ship type
recognized by the international shipbuilding industry.
