“朗志”创立于2008年，是制管行业自动焊接设备的一线品牌，在国内压力管道及容器制造行业广泛应用。
2019年“朗志”将自动连续生产的理念引入钛焊管行业，成立了“江苏朗志新材料科技有限公司”现转入中国中部核心城市一江城武汉，现有厂房50余亩，成立了无尘洁净车间。专业从事钛镍锆及哈氏合金等特材产品的研发、生产与销售。“朗志”利用成熟稳定的钛镍锆有色金属卷带产品，在有色行业首创大口径连续制管生产线（管道长度6～30米）、厚壁折弯制管生产线（ 3~40\mathsf{mm}) ），同时提供工厂化元件预制服务、现场安装制造服务。“朗志”拥有压力管道元件制造许可证、型式实验证，为过程装备厂、终端客户提供管道、管件、预制件，致力服务于PTA、烧碱、醋酸、农化、医药等行业客户。

离线生产是指采用剪板下料、折弯成型、合缝预焊、自动焊接、扣压校型等一套完整的生产工艺。该生产工艺可以加工生产壁厚 3{*}40\mathsf{mm}, 直径133-2000mm的钛焊管，本公司配备了完善的生产设备，也可以定制钛、镍、锆等其他特材的各种规格管道。
